A+ Stay, Great Amenities, Convenient Location, Perfect Host
Sumit is a kind, responsive host. He was easy to reach and very professional throughout. He is a great host.
His property is really, really lovely, and I was very pleased when arriving to his space. He met me (very early, kindly) to show me the space and answer and questions. The balcony has great views extending to the toronto islands and cn tower, which I enjoyed daily. Huge bathtub, full kitchen, thermostat (that works), walls to neighboring apartments were very soundproof. The den bed has a light sheer curtain that does give some privacy, and the bedroom sliding door is pretty soundproof that you couldn’t hear snoring from the other bed.
Amenities are really great. Indoor hot tub, indoor pool, indoor gym is fine, yoga room, separate dry saunas in M/F locker rooms, and then seasonally an outdoor hot tub, roof patio, grills.
Location is convenient - I was working at Princess of Wales. Streetcar stop literal steps away. Several bikeshare stations nearby. Rogers Center/King St probably a 15-20 min walk. Very safe at night, busy with kids during the day, next to bentway, grocery store 10 min walk. Very convenient, but far enough from the noise of nightlife or Rogers centre games/events. An easy walk to any events at Exhibition Place.
I had a great experience and would 100% recommend.
