Our newest beachfront property, Rooster Beach is located on miles of soft-sugary-white-sand and countless beautiful vistas. It's the ideal place for sunrise walks and leisurely evening strolls. Rooster Beach is close to Hope Town, cafes, island resorts and world-famous Tahiti Beach. Sea Spray Marina within walking distance for dockage. Please note that accommodations are on the 2nd floor and reached by outdoor stairs.

Great layout

Such a cute property with a great layout for indoor/outdoor living. Very clean. We had one ac go out for a couple of days of our stay but there were 2 other acs in the bedrooms that were able to maintain until it could get repaired. Dock was easily accessible and the kitchen was very well stocked with thoughtful details.

Rooster Beach Independance Week

We had a wonderful time on Elbow as always, we've been coming for 15 years. This was our 1st time staying at Rooster Beach. It is very convenient to the new Sea Spray - we got lucky and the new bar and swimming pool opened while we were there and it was awesome. Food was excellent as well. Also very convenient to Abaco Inn, Mackey's and Fire Fly. The furniture left a little to be desired as the sofa was uncomfortable as was all of the screen porch furniture. The view of the water was great and it's not too bad a walk to the beach. It was pretty noisy while we were there with all of the construction going on, but Elbow is exploding so that's comes with the territory. I would HIGHLY recommend getting your golf cart from Big Hill or another service 6-8 months prior to arrival and your rental boat. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

White Sound Beach

Caroline was awesome. Loved her. Home was clean, beds were comfortable and only a short distance to Abaco Inn. Kitchen was well appointed and had most if what we needed for cooking and even spices. Bathroom fan makes flapping noises all night, window coverings in bedroom not very private and workers on 2nd story next door can look right in, seating is not very comfortable.

Great visit to Elbow Key!

We really enjoyed our stay on Elbow Key. Rooster Beach was very well appointed, beds were comfy, the house was very clean and well located on the island. Sitting on the porch was absolutely lovely! Caroline, the property manager, was easy to get ahold of and made check in very easy. The beach out front was beautiful. The only drawbacks were the low water pressure in the shower (an easy fix), the very salty water (we purchased water even for coffee) and the construction next door (the island is still recovering from Dorian).

Great Visit To Elbow Cay

We had a great first visit to Elbow Cay. Rooster beach was an amazing place to stay. Very up to date, well maintained, airy and great location. It surpassed our expectations. Caroline met us at the ferry and was very nice and helpful. Cant wait to come back again in the future.

Great stay

We loved our stay at Rooster Beach! Caroline communicate clearly and met us upon arrival. We enjoyed the house and loved the location, as it was easy to walk to breakfast at Abaco Inn every morning for breakfast! We rented a golf cart from a local company, so we were able to get everywhere easily from the house. Everything at the house was in perfect working order, and we loved it. We had a great time. Highly recommend!

Perfect Vacation

Rooster Beach was a perfect spot for our Bahamas vacation! It is right on beautiful Garbonzo beach for lazy beach days and a short walk to the Abaco Inn for food and drinks. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It has a nice open layout, and most days we could turn the A/C off open the garage doors and a breeze would pull through the whole house. Pierre and Caroline were fantastic as well! They were quick to answer any questions and were an immense help when we ran into travel issues getting down to the island. Our whole family agrees it was one of the best vacations we’ve ever been on and we can’t wait to visit again.

Paradise

We very much enjoyed our stay at Rooster Beach! The views, the location, the layout of the house were fantastic. The property manager, Caroline was very knowledgeable and responded quickly to any of our questions. We loved being close to Abaco Inn, Seaspray, and Tahiti Beach! Mackey’s, Firefly, LVA and everything else you could need were also just a short golf cart ride. Our boys loved the screened in porch! Overall 5/5 would love to stay here again.

Fun family week

Enjoyed ourselves very much. Things were clean and well stocked. Communication was excellent. Especially liked the RO drinking water and convenient dock for the boat. We will be back!

Wonderful stay in Elbow Cay

We had a wonderful time in Elbow Cay! The house was great, better than the pictures online. The screened porch was perfect for morning coffee and listening to the surf. We rented a boat for the week and having the dock across the street was very convenient. We took it to Tahiti Beach in the afternoon, and docked at a couple of the restaurants for lunch a few times during the week. We'll definitely be back for another great visit to Elbow Cay.

30th Anniversary Celebration

The property was on a short walk to a beautiful beach which we walked daily. House is within a short golf cart ride to all the best restaurants and kitchen was well stocked to cook in the room if you choose. Overall we had a great experience.

Happy place!!

We love Elbow… our happy place! Rooster Beach is so dialed in the home has all you need! We loved it screen porch is amazing. The kitchen is set up great we had a blast cooking and wine ing! Pierre is a wonderful host so caring that our stay was perfect! We will be back!

Delightful property

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Rooster Beach. The property was fully equipped and very comfortable. The location is perfect with an easy quick walk to the Abaco Inn. The owner was very responsive and the on-site property manager was available at all times and quite helpful.

Perfect Beach Retreat

My husband and I just loved Rooster Beach. The house is brand new, so all the appliances and fixtures are in perfect working order and the furniture is clean and comfortable. The beds are cozy and plenty of fresh towels. As for the location, it is in the PERFECT spot! It has a fabulous porch with a view of the ocean and it is walking distance to the Abacos Inn. We will most definitely stay here again!
