This newly furnished home has everything you need for a fantastic getaway. Ducted heating throughout for great warmth and comfort, plenty of indoor activities such as Pool Table, Table Tennis Table, Foose Ball Table, perfect for families or large groups and just a short walk to Dromana, Safety Beach.

4 Bedrooms including a master with king size bed, TV and ensuite, and 3 bedrooms all with queen size beds, Televisions in all bedrooms and a full bathroom centered between them and a separate toilet.

Other features include:
- Ducted Heating and cooling along with ceiling fans in each bedroom for comfort in all weather.
- Pool Table, Table Tennis Table and Foosball table for hours of fun for all
- Large 85" Smart Tv for all your viewing entertainment

Exceeded expectations, wow, wow and wow

Felt very homely, and everyone felt like a kid with the 2 games rooms, even my 80 yr old mother was playing pool. It will be a memorable holiday for everyone, especially my 8 yr old. Every space is large so no one gets in each others way, even a dinner for 10. We all loved this experience. 5 stars all round.

Family Time Getaway

The house was perfect, spacious and great location. Fitted with everything you could possibly need to keep the family entertained or just to relax the days away. Would definitely book this house gain!

My wedding weekend

I stayed at this property with my groomsmen before my wedding and it was a fantastic choice. The hosts were very accommodating and gave me a late check out. We took great photos in the beautiful backyard. We had enough space to ourselves but also had the lounge room where we could all relax. This property will be great for families or friends looking to spend time away in dromana.

Lovely home - great for young adults/teens

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home. The YA/teens loved the Pool table and Foosball and many hours were spent in the Pool room. Great location - not far from the beach and quick to get on the motorway to visit other places on the Mornington Peninsula. Thank you for having us

This house has it all. It's so spacious and has so much to offer. There's an awesome pool table at the front which we made good use of when it rained, as well as a table tennis and foosball table in the garage. There are balls, kites, tennis rackets and other outdoor equipment and too. The house also had a huge smart tv as well as heaps of board games and books. Kept the kids busy. Loved that the property is walking distance to Aldi and a cute little bakery/cafe. Freeway entrance is right near the house so very easy to get to the hot springs/Sorrento/Portsea. Communication was easy and had no trouble accessing the house. The extra care of milk and Tim tams in the fridge was really nice too. We never walked to the beach as it was really hot and my kids would have complained too much but could walk it or easy enough to drive. Safety beach was magnificent!!! So clean and calm. Loved it. Would definitely stay again.
