Amazing home

This amazing home was booked for a big family reunion. The house provided everything we could possibly wish for and more: lots of space, great amenities, stocked kitchens, extremely clean rooms and bathrooms. We will definitely consider this home again for our next reunion.

Great place

House was beautiful! Each bedroom having a king bed for couples is so rare! The main space is a bit small for that many people but we had a great time and will come back!

Fantastic property

We had a big group including multiple families and kids, and this place was perfect. It’s clean and spacious with multiple indoor areas to hang out in and a ton of outdoor space as well. The host was super-responsive and accommodating, and every detail was taken care of before our arrival. It’s even nicer than the pictures suggest!

Rental done right

Our staff absolutely loved this beautiful home. Having different spaces and rooms tastefully decorated for everyone to enjoy and hang out was perfect. They usually race for the best rooms but this time it was “I just can’t decide, you pick first”. It was a great to find a rental that was done with such class. We’re looking forward to renting this again for our next staff meeting.

Beautiful and CLEAN!

This was honestly the first place that my group has stayed in 25 years of weekends away that we have ever considered to be actually clean! It was absolutely beautiful inside and out, had plenty of privacy, and was close to town. We hope to stay here again next year! Thank you to Avery for being the perfect host, and thinking of all the details.

Amazing Property and Host

Host saved the day! What could have a been a disastrous weekend turned into one our family wont ever forget. The host responded immediately regarding a last minute booking, and was so gracious to work with us to get it booked. The property was stunning - not a detail was missed! Definitely the perfect property for a large family.

We had a fantastic stay at this property with both adults and kids in our group. The check-in process was a breeze; we were even able to check in early, which was a huge help. The owner, Avery, was amazing and answered all of our questions throughout our stay.The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The hot tub and sauna were definite highlights, perfect for unwinding in the evenings after busy days of outdoor fun. The large backyard was a huge hit with everyone, especially the kids. We set up soccer games and volleyball matches and still had plenty of room to lounge and enjoy the sunshine.We accidentally left something behind, and Avery's cleaners found it for us. Avery then went above and beyond and shipped it back to us, which we really appreciated!This was the ideal spot for a family getaway with something for everyone. We'd absolutely come back again and highly recommend it!

Amazing property for large group of adults

The pictures don't do it justice, the house is large and spacious with plenty of separation for couples. We had tons of fun exploring the area and the property was a convenient drive from lots of the locations we visited. The back deck was everyone's favorite and there's barely a neighbor around to worry about. We had a group of 13 35ish y/o adults and we all want to plan another trip to this property (especially after the home owner told us about the out door kitchen and hottub plans!) Avery was very accommodating, we definitely appreciate her answering our random texts ha ha

The Estate is a 4000 square foot house in the north end of Barrie on a completely private 4-acre lot with no immediate neighbours. The house consists of three separate units that are all connected by a covered deck and interlock patio. The 2 larger units have their own kitchen, dining, living and bathrooms, as well as 3 bedrooms in each.

The main unit comfortably sleeps 10 people. There are 2 bedrooms with king size beds. The 3rd bedroom has a king/queen bunk bed and there is a large sectional sleeper sofa in the living room. It has room for 14 to dine together and 2 full washrooms, one with a spa sized soaker tub.

The second unit sleeps 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms in this unit, all with king size beds and another large sectional sleeper sofa in the lower-level living room. It has a custom banquette for dining that seat 8-10 and a full washroom.

The 3rd unit is a private master suite with a king size bed, its own kitchen, and a full bathroom.

Outdoors we have a gas fire table on the covered cedar deck as well as a wood burning fire pit under a covered gazebo on a large interlock patio. All of this faces a 2+ acre private backyard.

This house offers the perfect balance of spaces to gather and celebrate as well as spaces to retreat.

We provide all the essentials for you and your guests. The bedrooms all have fresh linens, plush duvets, and plenty of pillows. The bathrooms will be fully stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. The kitchens are outfitted with all the necessities and more. There are 2 laundry rooms in the house to which guests will have access. The property has a large asphalt driveway with parking for 14+
