Come enjoy this spacious two-story vacation home with plenty of parking. The home has cathedral ceilings, a large comfortable kitchen and dining area, solid flooring throughout, an upstairs open living room as well as first floor living room. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, all with queen sized beds. Both main floor bedrooms have separate private entry to the pool area. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms each with a queen-sized bed. All beds throughout the home are brand new for the 2023 rental season and every room has a brand-new A/C unit and fans. All rooms are equipped with a flat screen television of various sizes. Additional outdoor shower for your convenience next to the pool.

Enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, countless miles for biking and walking. Bike rentals are available in various locations in Brewster along Route 6A.
Explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide to collect seashells, photos, and memories.
