An absolutely wonderful stay right by the Atlantic Ocean! The location is simply unbeatable. Waking up in the morning and watching the sun rise over the ocean from our balcony was absolutely priceless. The view alone made our stay truly special. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed, including a great air-conditioning system, microwave, oven, and all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The pool was also clean and very well maintained, and there were excellent parking options right at the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. A beautiful place in a fantastic location – five stars without hesitation!

Great place

From booking the Condo to checking out it was seamless. The Condo was clean and the screened in porch with a picnic table was great addition. Big enough for 5 adults. Our family had a great time!

Great, just wish the elevator worked.

Everything as listed. Check in very smooth. Location amazing. Perfect beach view. Elevator didn’t work though which was a bit of a problem for my mother who has some medical issues.

Positives- the place is exactly as described. Bright, sunny, clean rooms. Right on the beach! Loved being on the top floor. Negatives - Saturday check in was after office hours, so communication was difficult. Did not get response to questions for hours at a time.

Older but great place to stay

Title is slightly miss leading. The condo isn't brand new, it's older but still in good condition. The balcony is amazing and great beach access. Even with the windows closed, you can still hear the waves. The jetted tub had only a few strong jets and few things like the exterior showed some age, but overall it's a great place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great vacation. This property, on the top third level, is located on the beach with great views and close to many shops and restaurants. The property was a three bedroom but only had two chairs on the beach side deck, we had four people. Convenient pool location and available laundry.

Save your money and stay elsewhere

The view and location were great. However, the AC wasn't working and the smoke detector battery was going off. It took multiple attempts to reach someone and took 2 days to get the AC working. The communication was so poor, would not stay here again or with this realty group.

Pretty good but with some flaws

Overall, we had a very nice stay. The only issues we had were the elevator and the washing machines. The elevator worked some of the time and was often very slow. We were given 6 sets of towels and washcloths when arriving. We had 5 people in our party. Therefore, after showering one time we were required to do laundry every day of our stay to have clean washcloths and towels because each additional set was 7 a bundle. Then the laundry facilities on our side of the complex, 2 of the 3 washers quit working on the 1st day while we had laundry in them.

Great location! Needs bedding upgrades

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great. Nicely decorated. Need more seating on the deck. Only had one tv when it showed 2 in the picture. Beds and bedding definitely need upgraded. Master bath door wouldn’t shut . Slept 6 but only seating for 4 in living room. No keirig when one was shown in the picture. Would have liked a broom for all the sand

Three days before check-in they sent an email stating they would provide the following: "Beach Realty provides a starter set of kitchen and bathroom essentials upon arrival. Kitchen sets include dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pacs (2), laundry pods (2), paper towel roll, and kitchen trash bags (2). Bathroom essentials include one roll of toilet paper and hand soap per bathroom." None of this was there when we arrived. There was no toilet paper or soap or any of the other items. We texted and emailed, and did not receive the "welcome package" until our third day there. And there was still no toilet paper or hand soap in it. Check in time is between 4-6 p.m. and you are told not to arrive early. You are also instructed to check in at the office. The office closes at 3. We already had the entrance code sent to us in an email, but we had to rely on a friendly neighbor to show us which unit was ours and give us the laundry/pool/wifi codes. One of the bedspreads and a living room throw pillow was dirty. The ottoman in the living room was filthy. One bathtub was full of hair, the other was moldy. Floors and dressers full of sand upon arrival, lots of dust bunnies and other people's hair around. We messaged about this right away, the realty agency didn't respond until the following day. They offered to send back the cleaners, but we had already cleaned ourselves and set the dirty items aside. Fantastic location and would have been nice if clean! Expensive considering the issues.
