Feel the Summer Breeze at this 3 Bedroom Oceanfront Golden Strand condo in Kill Devil Hills. Beautifully furnished, the condo offers a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom floor plan just right for a comfortable beach vacation.

Features include numerous amenities such as cable TV, elevator access to each floor, and outdoor shower located near the boardwalk, central heat and air, and wifi internet access.

Outside there is a covered front porch overlooking the Atlantic ocean and a screened in back porch with a picnic table, perfect for those late summer evening feasts!

Community amenities include a large community pool and kiddie pool, bbq area, laundry facilities with washers and dryers and a playground. The playground offers a variety of play stations, the equipment provides a configuration that challenges children in climbing, sliding and other dexterity activities. The playground area serves as a location for the younger set of visitors to enjoy a fun filled experience.

Summer Breeze is the perfect way for you and your family to enjoy the Outer Banks on your next vacation!

Great place

From booking the Condo to checking out it was seamless. The Condo was clean and the screened in porch with a picnic table was great addition. Big enough for 5 adults. Our family had a great time!

Great, just wish the elevator worked.

Everything as listed. Check in very smooth. Location amazing. Perfect beach view. Elevator didn’t work though which was a bit of a problem for my mother who has some medical issues.

Positives- the place is exactly as described. Bright, sunny, clean rooms. Right on the beach! Loved being on the top floor. Negatives - Saturday check in was after office hours, so communication was difficult. Did not get response to questions for hours at a time.

Pros: Location, beach access, beach and ocean view, updated flooring, kitchen well stocked*Cons: *wine glasses & tumblers limited, mold in corner of primary shower otherwise unit clean, needs grab bars in primary bathroom especially for older renters. If you're allergic to cats this place is not for you. Cats tower in one of the closets

Save your money and stay elsewhere

The view and location were great. However, the AC wasn't working and the smoke detector battery was going off. It took multiple attempts to reach someone and took 2 days to get the AC working. The communication was so poor, would not stay here again or with this realty group.

Older but great place to stay

Title is slightly miss leading. The condo isn't brand new, it's older but still in good condition. The balcony is amazing and great beach access. Even with the windows closed, you can still hear the waves. The jetted tub had only a few strong jets and few things like the exterior showed some age, but overall it's a great place to stay.

This property, on the top third level, is located on the beach with great views and close to many shops and restaurants. The property was a three bedroom but only had two chairs on the beach side deck, we had four people. Convenient pool location and available laundry.

Pretty good but with some flaws

Overall, we had a very nice stay. The only issues we had were the elevator and the washing machines. The elevator worked some of the time and was often very slow. We were given 6 sets of towels and washcloths when arriving. We had 5 people in our party. Therefore, after showering one time we were required to do laundry every day of our stay to have clean washcloths and towels because each additional set was 7 a bundle. Then the laundry facilities on our side of the complex, 2 of the 3 washers quit working on the 1st day while we had laundry in them.

Beds and bedding definitely need upgraded. Master bath door wouldn’t shut . Slept 6 but only seating for 4 in living room. No keirig when one was shown in the picture. Would have liked a broom for all the sand
