Clean unit. The grounds and pool could have been cleaned better. The only issue we had is better directions to the unit. I let the host know we would be coming in late. Kind of awkward shining your phone light through the lanais to find your unit.

Nice studio. We used it to sleep primarily. It has a nice pool. We ate in quite often . Well equipped.

Comfortable, relaxing, quiet. The pool there with the hotel property was nice and large and very pleasant.. However, it was much too cold to use when we were there. Plants and pool surroundings could have used some updating. The relationship between the VRBO rental and the hotel and rest of the property is rather nebulous and seems a little odd, but the rental property is very nice. Parking close to the apartment was not always easy to find, so we'd sometimes have to walk a block or so. Not really a problem. All-in-all, this was a good experience. We had a king sized bed, a recliner and two good dining table chairs. These things were important to us as we're old ... ancient, really.

Lovely studio perfect for 2

Place was clean. They provided a few K-cups, a couple of bottles of water and there were several containers of spices and seasonings to use. The towels were thick and oversized. There were beach towels available as well. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The size of the unit is very small - no closet The pool is very nice and surprisingly not very busy - but we were disappointed that it wasn’t very warm - not sure that it’s heated - if so they should turn it up Shelly - our host was very responsive to our questions and concerns

Comfortable and cozy

A short stay for us this time. We’ve stayed at the bungalows before, so we were familiar with the property. This bungalow has everything you need, making the most of the space to accommodate your belongings. There is even hanging space under the counter. The kitchen and bathroom are both very nice and stocked. Bed was comfortable, as was the bedside chair. I like the kwik lock door code, so we didn’t have to keep track of a key. The pool is refreshing and never crowded. It’s a quiet spot where you can get away from hustle/bustle. You can grab a meal or drink at the on site lounge/restaurant or head down to Everglades City for fresh seafood or an easy drive to Marco Island, Isle of Capri or Naples. Affordable and clean and perfect for our needs. Shelly is a wonderful host.

Unexceptable parking situation

Paid for a month but left after 8 days,couldn't go to the grocery or sight seeing and expect to have a place to park when i returned that was closer than a quater of a mile away. I believe there were unauthorized people parking in spots designated for renters. Management needs to police parking and have unauthorized vehicles towed away!

Great communication between the owner from travel disruptions to general checkout questions. This place was perfect for one person just doing a few days of fishing. Everything I needed to relax and be comfortable after fishing all day. Apartment was clean and functional for my needs. If they will have me back I’d book this place again.
