This simply elegant 1st floor vacation gem offers travelers a welcome escape at the charming beachfront complex, Chateau, nestled in Belleair Beach.

This unit is located on the parking lot side, not the beachfront side.

Chateau 1E is a newly renovated property with high-end finishes - the owner is dedicated to making the Gulf coast a more beautiful place, one condo at a time.

The Chateau complex is home to sixteen condos with a sparkling beachfront pool, tiki picnic area, and lounging deck.

The shimmering sands of Belleair Beach are literally the backyard of this coastal treasure.

Honest comments

We were disappointed there was no tv in the bedroom no instructions on internet router password. We also had trouble with the air conditioner in the bedroom however the two repair maintenance people who responded were excellent and very professional. The air conditioner did not cool enough and it was loud. We did feel there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the living room possibly coming from the air conditioner. Of the three units our families rented our cottage had the least amenities and a unforgiving bed.

No hot water or pool

Property was clean. Water heater malfunctioned the entire time of our 7 night stay. Repairs were attempted and failed. The roof of the property was being replaced during our stay and the pool was shut down due to the construction. Was reimbursed $100 per day for the trouble and noise.

Quiet beach condo, cute and clean!

This one-bedroom condo on beach front property is comfortable and well appointed. It is not a party spot. It is in a nice neighborhood relatively close to Clearwater Beach and all of its attractions, shops and eateries. We also found some great restaurants and fun bars away from the beach, in Largo. The small pool was not heated so we couldn't use it in January. If you want to see the ocean (Gulf of Mexico) from your room, you must get a 2nd floor waterside condo. We had some issues upon arrival, but the property manager was excellent and resolved every concern in a timely manner.

Beautiful location

Beach access was perfect, condo was very clean and in a good location. My only complaints were that the bathroom door has louvres not a solid door so no privacy at all and the bedroom door is the same. The parking for our condo is horrible!! Several days we had to park in the guest parking spot because we couldn’t get in or out the way it’s set up. Needs an ice maker!
