This was our first trip to this area. The accommodations were lovely, nice deck, and the location offered so much to do and restaurants to enjoy. We will be back next year.

Lovely visit

We enjoyed the stay and the condo was very well kept. They allowed us 5 towels for four people and ask for $20 for additional towels for a full week stay. I didn't think that was very welcoming but other than that we didn't have any complaints.

Nice and small complex. So there are not so many people in the same area. Perfect condo for four adults. I would rent again.

Christmas vacation

Overall the Property was clean and as advertised. Access to the beach was great. I agree with the other reviews that for the price you pay, it would be nice to have a larger supply of paper towels, soap, toilet paper, laundry, dishwashing detergent, etc. Also wish beach towels would have been provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful beach view

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony and proximity to the beach is unreal. The sound of the ocean from the living room is like being on a cruise ship. A complaint would be that you have to drive about 30 minutes south to pick up the key. It seems like keyless entry/pin pad would make a lot more sense. Very clean, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need (although the blender has broken pieces and needs to be replaced.) Also providing more than two rolls of toilet paper and dishwasher pods would have been expected for the cost. Beach access is perfect and the pool area was quiet and very clean. We had a lovely stay!

Very Clean And Well Maintained

We were very pleased with our recent stay at the Emerald Isle. The condo was as advertised. It was very clean and well-maintained. It was also well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The communication with the rental company went very smoothly as they were very responsive and timely with our registration and check-in process. The location was perfect and the beach was beautiful. The only recommendation that we would make would be to eliminate the need for keys to enter/exit the pool/beach area and replace them with some type of coded lock. The keys did not work well and created a bit of a hassle. Otherwise, everything was great and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Good other than check-in

Had a bit of a difficult time checking in. We picked up the envelope at the rental office per the email communication but the team failed to include keys to the unit in the envelope. It was after hours when we arrived so that made it difficult to get in touch with someone to get the keys. Otherwise the condo was updated, clean and generally well appointed. Expected there to be more paper goods (paper towels, toilet paper) so we had to go out and buy more for our stay. Unit had plenty of beach gear which was nice. Generally a very pleasant stay and would recommend the unit.

Beautiful!

This was our first VRBO rental. Everything was great! My only big disappointment was not being able to watch the sunset from our balcony. This was one of my prerequisites in looking. The unit was beachfront but two units to the right jutted out and blocked the sunset 😫. Had to go on the beach to see it which was fine. Also didn’t have much luck with restaurants. Best was Texas Roadhouse which we found on our last night. Thai and pizza across the street was pretty good too. Would definitely go back but to a unit where we could see the sunset and would cook more of our own meals. Also need to update the grill to gas! Thank you!

Great unit!

We enjoyed our week at the Emerald Isle condo. Our only glitch was that when arrived at the 3:00 check-in time, we entered the condo and quickly realized that it hadn't yet been cleaned. However, one call to the management office quickly solved the problem. Some mix-up in communication had caused the crew to clean the wrong unit. We went for a 45 minute beach walk, and by the time we returned, the unit was spotless. The unit was more than adequate -- comfortable furnishing, great balcony view, very quiet, strong wifi, warm pool, very well equipped kitchen. There are great restaurants within a short walk or within a 15 minute drive, and we took advantage of their take-out meals. Downtown St. Pete is only about 40 minutes away, so we enjoyed a dolphin watching cruise on one of our days. I strongly recommend Sand Key Park, on the Gulf, just before the bridge to busy Clearwater Beach. Beautiful wide beach, lots of parking, and no crowds. We had one very cool day so we took advantage of the Botanical Gardens and Millennium Park, both less than 25 mintues away. We will definitely be back.

Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival, we found the condo to be clean and ready for our week here in Nort Redington Beach! the cupbords are stocked aplenty for every type of cooking and if thats not waht you desire to do on your vacation -plenty of restaurants in the area to dine at. The master bedrooms king size bed was very comfortable. We will be returning in the near future!!!

We stayed in this unit a few years ago and would like to come back. However, they need to replace the twin mattresses in one of the bedrooms. My brother-in-law had such low back pain that he had to sleep on the couch. That was really the only issue. Hopefully they will replace & we can come back!

We love the location and the condo was beautiful in pics. Upon our arrival we were not disappointed! This condo has been beautifully updated! I loved the master! It has a fabulous view , a lovely pool although more shade is needed! It had everything we needed to feel like home! We would definitely come back! Don’t forget to check out Burrito Social across the street! Delicious!
