Bare Minimum

This rental provides just the bare minimum for the facility to profit and NOT for the comfort of the guest. Description failed to mention that beach chair rental is $40 daily unless you bring your won. NOTHING is provided in this unit although their email states the following: " we provide initial bar soap, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags." IT WAS NOT. The only thing that was provided was a trash bag. Therefore, pack your entire house or go shopping on your first day. Not even 99 cent coffee filters was provided for the coffee machine nor a sponge, nor dishwashing liquid, yet they charge you a cleaning fee. For the daily rate, it is not worth it. Although the place is spotless, the bedding is worn and old (bring your own sheets), pillows are flat and worn, the bed was rock hard, etc. It is evident that the priority is to turn this rental quickly for profit and not to provide a comfortable experience for the guest.
