Please note:
-This condo is located on the second floor and does require the use of stairs. There is no elevator available in the building.
-YOU MUST BE 25YRS OR OLDER TO BOOK!!!!!!!
-If the primary guest will not be present at check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years old or older to check-in. Please inform your host in advance so we can notify the gate and ensure proper access for your group.
-Each condominium is allocated only two parking spaces and two parking passes per unit. There is no assigned parking.
-To secure a boat dock space, please visit the Sandpiper Cove website and submit a request. Please note that there is a fee for renting dock space. Please be aware that trailers or boats cannot be parked inside Sandpiper Cove. For trailer, boat, or jet ski parking arrangements, we recommend contacting facilities in the Destin, FL area.
-Sandpiper Cove is gated with 24 hour Security Guards for your protection.
-NO SMOKING OR PETS ARE PERMITTED inside the condo or on the balcony. Any violations will result in charges, automatic eviction, and forfeiture of refund.

Great location to the beach. The owner has tried to think of everything to make the stay more enjoyable from beach towels, beach cart, water toys etc. I would add a lemon squeezer in the kitchen!

Nice little studio apartment. Murphy bed was surprisingly very comfortable! Our free BEACH CHAIR set up every morning was a huge plus fir us. No carrying beach chairs to the beach. My kind of beach vacation!

Great Location, Chairs are Very Nice

Would have been 5 out of 5, except the laundry services did not clean or dry I clothes very well.They also employ landscaping conpanies that like to cut grass at 8am in a vacation community. It would be nice if they did it later in the day, when most families are awake or at the beach.Reserved chairs made the stay even better.

Beautiful condo! Great location, and had everything we needed for our anniversary! Upon leaving the unit, I left a valuable piece of jewelry - I reached out immediately when I realized and the cleaning staff had already found item and reported to owner. They made arrangements to get it mailed back to me...happy to say my jewelry is back home safe and sound! Would definitely be back!

Condo nice stayed five days and only received 2 towels a piece had to.wash didnt i should have to do that also said beach towels and if use have to wash and it cost to.wash and doesnt say that on listing pleace is in good area convience to everything
