Philadelphia experience

This property was clean, spacious, and in an area convenient to attractions. Our family of five(ages 60 to 93) enjoyed our stay. A few issues should be addressed in order to make this a five star property. One kitchen chair and two stools were broken and unsafe to sit on and need to be fixed.

Nice place with a great location

It would help a lot if the parking situation is included in the listing. If multiple cars are in your group, it's definitely an issue. The thermostat is too much. We were literally ran out of there on the last day. It kept saying cooling, but it kept getting warmer in the house. The ice maker didn't make ice. Did encounter an ant issue on the counter where the coffee maker is. Loved the next-door neighbor with the garden. She was very nicePlenty of room for our group. Suggest a new thermostat, one that is easier to operate.

10 Minutes to Drexel / U Penn Campus w transportation nearby

We were in town for lacrosse event. Complete remodel. ask for wifi, not listed. House is ideal for multiple families. Recommended for older, mobile kids. Need car if young kidddos. Not great walkable area but several places to eat nearby. Parking a little tricky if leaving car throughout day. Checking in and out easy. Only negative was house had limit stock of kitchen glasses, no paper towels and dirty dishes in cabinets. No soaps or shampoos, bring your own. Property manager was very kind about flexible check out.

Great Time in Philadelphia

Good times had by all! Seven of us total, myself, my wife, our two sons, father in law and our two nieces!! We were all very comfortable!

Great True Philly Experience!

We go to Philly at least once a year. This spot was perfect!! Will definitely be back. Still enough to be Philly to be there, but not so much Philly you don't feel like you should leave. Neighbors were great, house was great, property management was just fantastic. Will be back!

Very very nice property!

7 of us stayed there, 4 nights. We had everything we needed. Place was clean, well stocked w dishes, utensils, towels. Our host, Anthony, was very accommodating..we were missing the hairdryer, he had one to is within a few hours. He was easy to reach. We were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you very much!!

Philadelphia trip

Wonderful large home, easily fit our family group of 8. When we arrived I realized we needed a couple more towels and the property manager got additional ones to us that same evening. We had a great weekend in Philly, celebrating my brother’s birthday.

Great stay!

The house was well decorated and clean. All the appliances are up to date and the house was stocked with everything we needed. There was lots of space for everyone to comfortably spread out. The out door space was great to. Our host Anthony was super kind and responded to our questions right away! They fresh donuts that was waiting for us was just a great touch! Highly recommend and will definitely book again!!!

Great stay

We were accommodating 10 family members in town for Drexel's graduation. This home worked well to sleep everyone in one location. Beds were comfortable and enough bathrooms for everyone. Only downsides I'd say is the utensils and seating seemed suited for small groups not a house that sleeps 10. there is only a single shot keurig coffee machine. We saw this in the pictured so we brought our own coffee pot since 8 out of 10 of us are coffee drinkers. Also there were only a few cups avaulable in the kitchen. Rooftop and back deck great spaces but no seating -- we brought captains chairs and it worked out well. Aside from the dead rat outside on the front sidewalk one morning and the cops evicting squatters across the street---i mean, its Philly so no biggie; gave everyone something to talk about, otherwise i parked in a garage overnight near the hospital 4 blocks down. Overall this space worked well to accommodate our large group, space was clean and comfortable, host was responsive to texts. I really couldnt have asked for more when my mother in law raves about how nice the trip was--win!

Penn Relays Weekend

A wonderful weekend reunion with old friends and teammates. The house has a wonderful relaxjng vibe and within walking distance to our venue (Franklin Field). Definitely plenty of space so as not to be bumping into each other. Our host was very responsive to our needs. We will absolutely back again since this will be an annual pilgrimage to the Penn Relays.

Great house!

This was the perfect home for my family. Spacious is beyond the definition. The location is perfect for family outings on foot. The museums are about 2 miles away...which even on foot isn't bad if you like sight seeing and architecture. The wifi is a little spotty in the basement which limited our kids ability to watch TVduring downtime. But overall GREAT PLACE!

Extended Weekend with Friends

The townhouse was just as advertised and very clean. Host Azmi was very great and responded to all questions in a timely manner. There was only street parking which Azmi told me not to worry that there was always parking and he was right! No matter what time we came back to the townhouse there was always parking. If we come back to Philadelphia we would definitely stay here.

overall a great time. the property was nice but could use a new cleaning service. I'd also suggest some dishwasher soap if you want me to run the dishwasher. Kleenex would be nice too. I never understand why you don't have luggage stands for as many suitcases you expect for a place that sleeps 20 people. Would still recommend this property.

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful property. Large home with 6 bedrooms and 5 baths. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a large group attending a Drexel graduation and this worked out perfectly. The home is all quite new with new fixtures and appliances. The neighborhood (Powelton) is not great, but it is easy walking distance to nicer areas of Philly and University City. Manager was very responsive to questions we had. I would definitely rocommend!

Amazing and reliable.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We had family staying here for our wedding weekend, which always comes with a fair bit of stress--worrying about how a property is going to be while we manage a thousand other details. Not only was the place exactly as described (and better!) But Azmi was incredibly responsive to every question and went above and beyond to help us. I cannot recommend this property and Azmi enough if you're having a wedding, graduation, or any other event where you're bringing folks together. Additionally, my family, who is not used to staying in city neighborhoods felt safe and comfortable the entire time 11/10

NCAA Championship weekend

Fun place to stay while in town for NCAA Lacrosse Tournament at Lincoln Financial Field. Huge house, plenty of space for all of us. Fun rooftop area to fully enjoy the nice weather at night seeing the skyline. All of the amenities of home. Only two things worth mentioning are no ice machine in refrigerator freezer amd wifi was spotty. And those weren’t deal breakers just noticed when wanting to connect tv to watch a game and download locations to visit in town on our phones. Watched TV with hotspot so it worked out. i would rent this home again. It was easy for Uner pickup and Stacy’s Pizza at the corner is ridiculously good! They deliver! Thanks for the hospitality! Five star owner.

don't come unprepared

Excellent room layout for my family (family wedding). The other positive was that the owner was nice when we had to reach out to him after he gave us the wrong wifi. I might be spoiled, but I have never had to buy DW tabs, dish soap for my rental stays. There was hand soap and TP in the BRs, but that was IT*. I also bought a 4 pack of wine glasses, I've never not had any! The apartment "sleeps 10", but only had 7 glasses, 4 or 5 bowls. There were only (very flat) pillow shams on the beds. Zero pillows in cases. What worried me about that was that shams aren't normally washed each stay, they are considered ornamental. We were hopeful that since that was all that was on the beds that they were clean. The trundle bed in the basement was very loud (bedsprings), so my daughter pulled out the trundle to sleep in and discovered evidence of use. The counter top dishdrainer was disgusting, I wouldn't have wanted to put any dishes in it to dry and then use it, so I ran it through the DW (after I bought DW tabs). I still had to wash black mold off the bottom after it ran. I also washed quite a few plates and silverware (after buying DW tabs) before the rest of the family arrived and anyone would use them. it would be a nice rental if these things were attended to!

Not Clean- Nice Layout

DIrty House, nice layout. The house was dirty. Property manager took three hours to provide wifi password. Had to clearn appliances. Living room furniture misrepresented in picture. Owner/Prop Manger rude. There were diry sheet on every bed in the house. Owner had to bring nine sets of sheets the second morning, came an hour earlier than time agreed upon. Sheets were yellow with debris and hair but tightly tucked as if freshly made. We had to wipe down all applianced, filthy window ceils that the beds were pushed against. We had to go out in philly at midnight to by detergent and disenfect to wash sheets for three beds since all our family was not arriving the first night. We had to strip every bed they were all dirty. Prop manager/Owner refused to communicate through app., the management company was responsive but the owner kept asking if we wanted to keep the house as if he was threatening to put us out. Said he was worried I was going to keep calling him for things. Really rude and dismissive. The house has a good lay out for multiple families. The roof top was nice. He finally refunded my cleaning fee but charged me a pet fee when it was never ommunicated a fee was required. There was a litte hair on the downstairs carpet, but the house needed a total deep clean. Dirty pan in oven when we arrived and dirty utensils. Stained and rusted pans. Not worth the chance of it being dirty. Only instructions in house are 10 no smoking signs posted.
