Welcome to Ola Grande 217. This split level oceanfront condo sits next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier with unbeatable beach access and panoramic water views. Start your day with coffee on the private oceanfront balcony. Stroll to the sand in seconds. Spend afternoons by the heated pool or exploring pier restaurants and live music. Evenings are easy with a cozy living room, a smart TV, and sea breezes drifting in through the balcony doors. 🌞

The two bedroom two and a half bath layout is ideal for families and small groups. The primary suite features oceanfront views and a king bed. The guest room has two twin beds. A queen air mattress adds flexibility. The kitchen is fully equipped so meals are simple to prep and share. Beach gear is provided to keep packing light. Park with ease and settle into relaxed coastal living. 🌴

Overall we had a great stay. My one and only complaint is the living room furniture. It would be a great idea if they could invest in fitted furniture covers as the furniture was so old and stained. We used sheets to cover them during our stay. That being said, I would definitely stay here again. My teen daughters enjoyed taking walks to beach, ice cream shops, and pier. I liked the fact that restaurants were in walking distance. No problem with check in, location was amazing. We even got to see a rocket launch from the beach. Room sizes were also great with plenty of closet space in both rooms.

Amazing Views/Beach Proximity

My family and I had a wonderful experience with this property! Natalie was incredibly responsive and the check in and check out procedures were simple and efficient! We had a beautiful view with quick access to the beach, and we enjoyed time in the pool. Here is our view from the balcony from the unit, and we had a similar view from the kitchen/living room area!

Beach Stay

The property is exactly as advertised. It is a well kept, updated, older property in a good location. We enjoyed our stay. Communication with rental agent was good. Everything we needed was there. Good view of the beach from the balcony. The pool is very nice. We would go back.

Nice and close to the Beach!

A few days getaway from the cold. This location was perfect! Close to every thing!Manager communication was Great! Older building but very well kept. Mentioned a couple of items and manager responded quickly. We will go back!

Gorgeous view of the ocean

We.could not.have asked for a better place! The sunrise from the deck of this unit was breathetaking. The condo is right on the beach with a private entrance. It is close to many restaurants, the pier and really any place you would like to go in Cocoa beach. The host was helpful and responded quickly. The pool is heated! You wont want to leave! to questions.

Great location

Can’t beat the location. Right on the beach with ocean views from master bedroom and balcony. Walking distance to the pier and a few restaurants. We had plenty of room in the townhouse.

Excellent Place on Cocoa Beach

This was a great property: clean, good view and excellent location. We were very close to the beach, to the pier and to several restaurant options -- everything in easy walking distance. And Port Canaveral was only a short drive away. The condo itself was as advertised with a good amount of space and all the amenities promised. Overall, a very good value and will definitely use again if we return to Cocoa Beach.

View was amazing. Pictures of the pool area were deceiving. Shower current in one bathroom was too high and water got on the floor. King bed was uncomfortable. Wished it had more kitchen towels, probably the poorest stock kitchen i have stayed in. Loved the walk to the beach, 3 minutes, and very grateful for the beach chairs and umbrellas.

Fantastic Condo

This is our second time going to Cocoa Beach for our family vacation and we finally found our go to condo. This place was perfect for our family. Not only was it exactly what was listed but it’s also in a great area. The property manager was great. He kept in communication with us making sure that we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this condo. We will be booking this place again!

Great Condo

Very pretty and accommodating condo, with lots of room. Very good kitchen and two full bathrooms made it easy for 4 people to get ready to go out. Short walk to beach with nice view from balcony. Appreciated not having to buy a Boggie board for my granddaughter...there are two in the unit. Convenient parking in front of the unit. Only bummer of trip was the seaweed in the ocean....and that was "mother natures" fault. Several restaurants nearby that you could walk to. Would definitely stay again.

Not a five star

The location was great. A short walk to the beach and the view is great. The stairs and hall were dirty. The furniture was stained and needed replacing. Moldy smell when walked in. There was no soap for the dishwasher and the dishes didn’t match. For 5 stars I would expect soap, and coffee filters at the least. Front screen door sprung. Second bedroom twin bed is pushed to the wall blocking the closet. I have stayed at 5 star places all over and this wasn’t one.

Right on the beach!

All you have to do is open the sliding door and you can hear the waves crashing on the beach! Its probably time for the property to have a deep clean of vents and things but otherwise was clean and exactly what we were looking for for the weekend! Very affordable!

Short stay before Disney

My family and I were here for 3 nights and it was lovely. We stayed here before our trip to Disney. It was so nice to be right on the beach. The unit was so nice and clean. We early enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We loved being so close to the pier and wished we had more time to explore the area more.

Loved Cocoa Beach

We really enjoyed our stay in the property at Stay in Cocoa Beach, the location was more than we could have hoped for, close to the Cocoa Beach Pier and right on the beach. I feel that the property was a good value for the location and Zareh very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
