Located right next to the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The Pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner, drinks and live music, there is something for everyone. Bringing kids? You can visit the arcade or ice cream shop during the day, and go for a romantic dinner at night.

This unit comes with everything you would need on a vacation;

- Literal steps to the private beach access and ocean
- Fully equipped Kitchen with every appliance

- Includes, linens, towels, beach chairs, two boogie boards, umbrella, beach cooler,

The 1st floor features a half bath and fully stocked and supplied kitchen, that looks into the living room with comfortable seating and a large flatscreen Smart TV. The living room open to your balcony for ocean-front views.
The 2nd floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the washer/dryer. The master ensuite bedroom has a king bed, ocean-front views, TV, and spacious shower/tub. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and large closet spaces.

Ola Grande Condominiums features a heated pool, gas grills, cozy atmosphere, free parking, & shuffleboard!

Amazing Views/Beach Proximity

My family and I had a wonderful experience with this property! Natalie was incredibly responsive and the check in and check out procedures were simple and efficient! We had a beautiful view with quick access to the beach, and we enjoyed time in the pool. Here is our view from the balcony from the unit, and we had a similar view from the kitchen/living room area!

Great beach vacation for family

We enjoyed our stay here and the place is very nice with view and easy access to beach. We also enjoyed the pool and friendly neighbors.

Great location

Can’t beat the location. Right on the beach with ocean views from master bedroom and balcony. Walking distance to the pier and a few restaurants. We had plenty of room in the townhouse.

Beach Stay

The property is exactly as advertised. It is a well kept, updated, older property in a good location. We enjoyed our stay. Communication with rental agent was good. Everything we needed was there. Good view of the beach from the balcony. The pool is very nice. We would go back.

Nice and close to the Beach!

A few days getaway from the cold. This location was perfect! Close to every thing!Manager communication was Great! Older building but very well kept. Mentioned a couple of items and manager responded quickly. We will go back!

Loved Cocoa Beach

We really enjoyed our stay in the property at Stay in Cocoa Beach, the location was more than we could have hoped for, close to the Cocoa Beach Pier and right on the beach. I feel that the property was a good value for the location and Zareh very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous view of the ocean

We.could not.have asked for a better place! The sunrise from the deck of this unit was breathetaking. The condo is right on the beach with a private entrance. It is close to many restaurants, the pier and really any place you would like to go in Cocoa beach. The host was helpful and responded quickly. The pool is heated! You wont want to leave! to questions.

Overall we had a great stay. My one and only complaint is the living room furniture. It would be a great idea if they could invest in fitted furniture covers as the furniture was so old and stained. We used sheets to cover them during our stay. That being said, I would definitely stay here again. My teen daughters enjoyed taking walks to beach, ice cream shops, and pier. I liked the fact that restaurants were in walking distance. No problem with check in, location was amazing. We even got to see a rocket launch from the beach. Room sizes were also great with plenty of closet space in both rooms.

Excellent Place on Cocoa Beach

This was a great property: clean, good view and excellent location. We were very close to the beach, to the pier and to several restaurant options -- everything in easy walking distance. And Port Canaveral was only a short drive away. The condo itself was as advertised with a good amount of space and all the amenities promised. Overall, a very good value and will definitely use again if we return to Cocoa Beach.

Short stay before Disney

My family and I were here for 3 nights and it was lovely. We stayed here before our trip to Disney. It was so nice to be right on the beach. The unit was so nice and clean. We early enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We loved being so close to the pier and wished we had more time to explore the area more.

Great, quick getaway

We had a great stay and the property was perfect for our group of 4. The beach equipment supplied was a welcomed perk. We arrived at 4am due to rental car delays at the airport and were met with a clean and comfortable unit the rest our weary heads. The location was fantastic and the guide to the area was super helpful. We would stay here again for sure!

Great Location

Pictures don't do the place justice. Very nice and roomy. 2nd floor has a great view, Kitchen was nice. Perfect for our family.Wish they had provided bath soap, but otherwise everything was great.

Right on the beach!

All you have to do is open the sliding door and you can hear the waves crashing on the beach! Its probably time for the property to have a deep clean of vents and things but otherwise was clean and exactly what we were looking for for the weekend! Very affordable!

Fantastic Condo

This is our second time going to Cocoa Beach for our family vacation and we finally found our go to condo. This place was perfect for our family. Not only was it exactly what was listed but it’s also in a great area. The property manager was great. He kept in communication with us making sure that we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this condo. We will be booking this place again!

Direct Oceanview at a decent price

Condo unit is in good working order, light and bright interior. AC works well, plenty of space for a family of 4. Excellent views and beach access incl. 1 parking space. Very responsive property management. Professionally cleaned and smelled fresh upon arrival. Would stay here again.
