The lakeside has a fabulous resort quality to it. The water entry is clear, shallow with sand and rocks. The yard is flat, making it ideal for many activities. The grounds are professionally landscaped with beautiful hastas, hydrangeas, ferns, lavender. There are 2 tables with umbrellas for comfortable seating for 8-10 people. There are also 6 lounge chairs on the patio. The hottub* is a true showstopper. It's rustic and cedar with room for four . The new weber grill is on wheels so you can bbq from anywhere. For those rainy days there is a screened in porch ideal for lounging any time of day during any weather. Nap on the couch, drink your coffee with a lake view. The fire pit is ready for use with wood provided.
Traditional flair with cozy cottage highlights from the deer head to the wainscoting and hardwood floors. Wrapped in an open concept design including second storey cat walk. The rooms are airy, spacious and clean with natural lighting. The kitchen is large and spacious for many people coming and going with well appointed cupboards and drawers for all needs! Sit lakeside on the dock, lounge on the patio, breakfast on the screened in back porch - the choice is yours! Guests have included wedding guests, romantic getaways, family gatherings, family R&R, and the perfect city escape.

My name is Addie and I'm a full time property manager. This is my 2nd property and my only recreational/vacation property. I started in 2018 and felt right at home with hosting. I love to be on the water with my dog and my SUP, out boating with friends and living the lake life. Bobcaygeon has been my home for 4 years now and I will never leave. Having the comforts of a small town and all you need while feeling like you are in nature is the ultimate experience.

I love this property which used to be a family summer home. Where else can you go where you have the necessities of town 3 minutes away from a city escape. Sounds impossible right? A beautiful 4 season home with ample space for 10 people. Vacation time is important. We only get so much time in a year. It is so important to know you will get an amazing sleep, wake up feeling refreshed in a beautiful home with everything at your fingertips to relax and enjoy the lakeside.

This property is completely unique. It is a little cottage-y, a lot home-y. If you are looking for modern modern..this isn't your vibe. It's practical, quaint and stylish. The decor is traditional and warm. It has a gas fireplace but also a wood burning fireplace. It sleep 10 people comfortably without any bunkbeds. There is ample closet space. It was first and foremost a home. It has a screened in back porch for relaxing, enjoying breakfast or coffee, and evenings for dinner and drinks. The doors open up so the outside becomes interwined with the inside. The landscaping and patios allow for different uses and gathering spots outdoors. The bbq is mobile if you'd prefer to cook dinner waterside. . The ground is flat and grassy for activities. The water in Pigeon lake warms up quickly being a more shallow lake. The entry points are sand/rock. It is deep enough to kick up your feet and enjoy relaxing on a tube WEED FREE. but not deep enough for diving. Boating is no problem! Lots of places to go and the majority of guests bring a boat or seadoo as there is amble docking space. Firewood and propane are provided.
I live on the property in a separate building. I am available for any issues. I ensure all plants are watered and i maintain the hottub chemicals. I do ensure my guests enjoy peaceful environment but stays longer than 2 nights I do have to ensure everything is kept green. I'm friendly and have great relationships with my return guests.
