The Dark Wood Fully Equipped Kitchen has all you need to produce everything from an evening meal to a light lunch which can be enjoyed at the Stylish Breakfast Bar or at the Informal Dining / Nook area which also overlooks the Pool deck

A 2nd Lounge/Family room is situated at the back of the home overlooking the Pool area and includes a Flat Screen TV and 2 large comfortable sofas for you to relax and unwind after a day in the Parks.

Master Suite (downstairs) in a neutral décor with large walk in shower, a Flat Screen TV and a King Size Bed. The room has a real sense of tranquillity that will be a little haven to retire to after a fun filled day.
Queen Bedroom (downstairs) with Ensuite Bath/Shower the perfect room to offer to your adult guests.
Queen Bedroom (upstairs) with Flat Screen TV and Ensuite Bath/shower and two sinks that creates a unique environment for those who would prefer to sleep on a different level to the rest of your party.
Twin Bedroom (downstairs) is decorated beautifully in bright fresh colours and is an ideal room for friends to share.
Bunk Bedroom (downstairs) has charming Bunk Beds that will comfortably sleep 3 younger members of your party. A great room for the kids to retreat to.
The Upstairs Loft Area is also set up as an extra living area / TV room that includes another two comfortable sofas and a large Flat Screen TV.
The Garage has been converted into a games room complete with Pool Table, Foosball and an Air Hockey Machine that will entertain the family throughout your stay.
There is a Covered Outdoor Dining Area within the lanai for you to relax and entertain Al fresco, perhaps sipping a well-earned cocktail while sampling some culinary delights under the stars. There is also access to a bathroom from the lanai.
The Extended Pool Deck has a Beautiful 30 ft. Pool and Spa with sun loungers for you to enjoy soaking up the Florida sunshine while catching up on the latest novel, or watching the children enjoy the delights of the pool.

Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.
You will be required to provide your own equipment for use of the sports facilities.
Policies:
- We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in.
- Swim at your Own Risk
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)

- Full list of guests required before check-in
- For system safety, AC cannot be set below 72°F
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required
- Pool Heat is required to heat the spa
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
