Luxury 4 Bedroom Victoria Oceanfront Home with Amazing Views

Our home is comfortable and luxurious, with lots of open spaces inside and out for relaxing, entertaining, and visiting. We are situated on the ocean in Ross Bay, minutes from downtown Victoria, and overlooking the strait of Juan de Fuca.

There are 4 bedrooms located on all 3 floors (4800 sq feet plus a fully finished basement). The house features a gym, home theatre, walk out decks for relaxing and dining, fully appointed kitchen, big BBQ, and amazing views of the Olympic mountains.

Other features: Bikes, comfortable patio furniture and outdoor dining table, and direct beach access for swimming.

Victoria and the surrounding area will meet you where you are, regardless of your age, interests, or budget. Outside you can run, stroll, or bike along endless options of easy, moderate or challenging trails. Restaurants, brew pubs, and retail stores are close by and offer a wide selection for dining and shopping. You can take in movies, art galleries, museums, or just stroll along the Victoria waterfront. If you just prefer to chill and / or read a book there are plenty of quiet spaces in our home, on one of our patios, or on the beach (you have direct access).

Ross Bay, Gonzales Bay & Oak Bay are all quiet areas in Victoria. As such, loud noise and / or parties are not permitted at any time.
Safety: The walkway to the ocean is slippery when wet. Please use the handrails.
Safety: The Gym floor has 2 different steps that are hard to see. One when entering the gym, the second when leaving the gym and entering the theatre.

Amazing stay at an amazing place

My family was in Victoria for a graduation and this was the perfect place for us. It is a gorgeous home and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The view of the ocean out the main window is incredible and the location was perfect, central enough to be quick to get to downtown and the university but far enough that is was quiet and relaxing as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back again!

Location, Views, Comfort

This is a great house for a group. It is located in a great neighborhood with a great view and access to the waterfront. Close enough to the downtown area but quieter. Walkable to groceries, a pub, coffee... The owners are very accessible and responsive.

Beautiful home, fabulous location

Spent at long weekend with friends at this fabulous house in charming Victoria. Everything about our stay was great - the house is very large and well equipped with nice beds, well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable furnishings. The highlight was the waterfront location and beach access. There’s also a great walking path nearby. The owners were responsive and kind. Really can’t think of a better place to stay in Victoria.

Breathtaking views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It was clean, comfortably furnished, and stocked with all of the basic needs. The best part was access to the large deck with BBQ and the views from the outdoor patio were breathtaking. Easy access to the beach and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. We appreciated how clean and well-organized it was and that it offered plenty of outdoor seating for enjoying the outdoors. The property owners are very responsive and considerate. Will definitely come back.

Our annual Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time. This is a beautiful spacious home, decorated with comfort and function in mind. The Kitchen was equipped with all of the amenities of home and then some. A joy for us to cook in together! The views of the ocean were spectacular and we all enjoyed the wildlife too! Can't wait to come back!

The home was absolutely stunning! We were blown away when we got there. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and we made some fabulous meals there, enjoying every moment of being at this beautiful property. Everything was high quality - beds, outdoor furniture, etc. Couldn't ask for a better location - didn't need to drive anywhere. Gonzales Beach is blocks away, the tidal pool out front was fun to explore, as well as Ross Cemetary down the street. The grocery story is only a couple of blocks away - location is truly fantastic. We had so much fun, and nobody wanted to leave. Thanks to the hosts for such a wonderful experience.

Perfect for our Family Reunion

This gem of a VRBO was perfect for getting the family to come to our part of the country. Having a quiet beachfront location with shore walks just seconds away, well separated bedrooms and a luxurious common area with huge private outdoor spaces made this the best family reunion yet. The outdoor spaces were perfect for epic evening drinks and BBQs while watching the sun set. The full kitchen and access to groceries a ten minute walk away helped us spend more quality time together while preparing meals. Having a full gym to work off our dinners was also a welcome bonus! We highly recommend this location, and thanks to the hosts for making everything so nice for our stay! Paul and family

If this place is available, book it!

I have had the good fortune of staying in rentals in many locations, I have to say however that this particular stay is the very reason that I chose rentals over hotels. What an experience, what a location! The house itself is so comfortable and ideal for our family to gather, the large and well-appointed kitchen, the gym, and the home theatre system made this a real treat and truly featured all the comforts of home and then some. The stunning views of the ocean (and wildlife, we spotted an otter) and the proximity to great beach walks, the Ross Bay shopping area, and a short drive to downtown or Cook Street Village all make this an ideal set up to explore Victoria and the South Island. Did I mention the view? From the living room, the decks, and the master bedroom all have access to uninterrupted water views. In my experience it is rare to be in a place of such relaxation while being in a city. Just amazing. Tim and Sue were gracious hosts who made access so easy with detailed instructions and timely responses to my questions. A solid five star stay!
