This is a spacious 2bedroom sub penthouse apartment located on the 7th floor of a modern building.
It has great views of the lake,and comes with a private balcony and an outside bathroom with shower. The building also has a heated swimming pool, gymnasium and car parking space for one vehicle.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite with walk-in shower and 2-person spa bath.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed,
The main bathroom has a shower over single person spa bath.
Features: Reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge room, large, covered balcony with views and TVs in both bedrooms and lounge area.
The washing machine and clothes dryer is shared with the studio apartment.
The apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. We do not accept bookings for school leavers, groups under 25, hens and bucks' nights, parties are strictly prohibited.
