Our only complaint was the construction work going on next door, but we were lucky for a couple of days during the weekend it was nice and quiet. The property is in a great location and the proprietors have kept the place very clean and well presented.

A great location with Brisbane Water views in walking distance of Gosford train/bus and centre, local Tommy’s cafe with delicious food and coffee and Gosford Sailing Club.

While we had a pleasant stay, the check in process was anything but smooth (I have raised the issues with the Hosts to improve this). The Unit itself is nice, however, the finer points could improve it (Face washers, proper bath matt, tea towels, extra blankets - not supplied); Window furnishings look strange (ie Not full length). There is a prominent, but intermittent 'pluming noise' which may annoy light sleepers in the Master Bedroom. The location is excellent (adjacent building construction noise was minimal). Although you can park in the alloted parking spot, we found it more practical to park in the visitors spots on the basement level. I lived on the Central Coast for 27yrs, so, I knew where everything is and what to do, but, the Welcome Package is not very enlightening for Guests who are new to the area, I have indicated this to the Hosts as well. The Apartment was excellent value and much better than a typical Hotel/ Motel option. If the Hosts act on the improvements I have raised with them, your stay should be both smooth and pleasant.

The unit was a good space with kitchen good with all you could want. Bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely, modern and clean. Aircon system was great and in all rooms. Parking was fantastic in underground secure space.View from verandah would have been better without huge cranes and construction next door, but noise didn't worry us much.The lounge room could certainly use an update the two sofas were old and small and the rug was not clean and was old. We couldn't work the smart TV channels at all and instructions were not clear. We would suggest a major update of info book as is old and has no information of local sites, eateries or similar. Local area was lovely right near the Bay and shops and so on. Thanks for our stay. Cheers Jenny and Mark

Lovely place with everything you need. Unfortunately it only sleeps 4 and need to use the blow up mattress to sleep 5, but since we have small children it wasn’t a big issue. Everything else was great!

one word disaster

i booked this property and on the day i traveled 2 hours drive from my home , when i reached there ,their lock code didn't work and tried to contact the host but 30 mins no response. i was waiting on the street, Finally the host call and informed that they cancelled the booking for emergency .

Lovely unit. Nice and clean.Not enough blankets for winter. Instructions on coffee pod use would have been good. Unusual and unexpected not to find milk in the fridge. Absolutely no sign of a welcome. Again, this is unusual.That's ok but just saying. The building site next door made a heap of noise but didn't bother us as we knew to expect it as we live here and we warned the people staying. (Yep, Friday arvo, Saturday morning and Monday morning.)Thanks for having us; it was clean and easy to get in and out and was great as additional sleeping quarters for family.The beds and the pillows were excellent, according to my sister who says I am being too critical!!!!Loved the layout and two bathrooms was great.Met some residents in the lifts and they were all nice and friendly too which was nice.Having a car park was excellent, especially with the Bay2Bay causing more traffic than normal.Kind regards,Merilyn

On Top of The World ....

This 'Modern Luxury' apartment is set high above the Brisbane Waters in Gosford and offers a luxurious and peaceful stay. It is quite new but suffers from moisture/mould where it has been shut up. Black mould around the windows, a lot of condensation etc. This was concerning. The washing machine had 6 wet sheets in it - again a source of moisture. I re-washed these and dried them in the dryer. There is a mildew build-up in the main shower too. I am mentioning this as I think, for your investment, you need to know about it. There are three drawers in the kitchen with loose front panels as well. In the main bedroom, the plug for the blind cord has come out from the wall panelling. Just a bit of maintenance needed. I do not want you to publish this - I just wanted to draw your attention the jobs needing done to bring the apartment up to A+ standard. Thank you - we will be back hopefully! Not so sure about your beautiful view once the next-door development is underway. Dam ....

Great location. Very quiet with 1 min walk to the water and cafe.Main shopping areas are a 5 min drive away. Lovely, apartment with modern conveniences, great kitchen. Easy parking .Super easy check in process.My only not so positive feedback was that the bed was not comfortable, so didn’t sleep particularly well, and the pipes in the ensuite of our room were quite noisy, which didn’t help with sleep. But overall, it was a really nice stay.
