Location was excellent, easy access to the beach for families with young kids. However the houses outside trash cans were overrun with flies. Flies regularly got into the house as people entered and exited. Cans need to be cleaned and better managed. The house smelled like smoke when we arrived. We were at the beach access across the street before check in and saw the housekeepers at the property right before our check-in window opened so I assume that was the source of the smell. It dissipated after the first day. There were a few other little things like blinds in the master that don’t work and make access to the porch difficult.

Thank you for your review. We're glad the location and beach access worked well for your family. We apologize for the fly issue and the smoke smell at arrival. Flies can be common in coastal areas; Pleasure Pointe is on a regular pest-control program and the property has been treated. We have a scheduled trash maintenace that regularly cleans cans and we will address this with them. We'll also remind our cleaners to fully air the home and verify there is no lingering smoke before check-in. Thank you for noting the blinds and porch access — we appreciate the feedback and will use it when assessing maintenance and updates.

House dirty, floors discussing. We had to buy trash bags, dish soap. Who goes on vacation and wants to bring more then necessary.

The property management company handed over the property late and was not co-operative when we asked for 1hr extension on check-out time of 10am hence will never be using listings by this Property Management Company

Great spot for our girls weekend stay! It accommodated us for exactly what we needed. One of the room’s blinds needed to be fixed and maintenance showed up immediately to fix it! Would definitely stay here again.

A block from the beach!

The house was nice and clean, the kitchen on the 3rd floor was a negative with no elevator, but the porches were a bonus!

First time staying

This is the first time staying in this house. Kitchen was well supplied with cookware and dinnerware. Everyone had a great time and wants to come back next year. Only minor things that would have made it absolutely perfect - working elevator (especially for groceries to 3rd floor), a spray nozzle on the hose for cleaning feet and the shower head on the outdoor shower was missing so couldn't clean off before coming in the house.

Great house in a fantastic location!

Bryant Realty was awesome to work with. They were well organized and responded to any qestuons thay we had within minutes. Professionals from end-to-end. The house was clean, updated and laid out well. Beautiful inside and out. The beds and other furniture and were all high quality and comfortable. The appliances were modern and allowed us to do everything we needed to. The location was exactly what we wanted. We were almost directly between the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and the Kure Beach Pier. Being located directly across from a public beach access made it easy to get to and from the beach as much/little as we liked. The house is as "beachfront" as you could get without actually being "beachfront". A few points worth mentioning that didnt bother us, but may be important for others: -Electric carts are not allowed on the property, so be prepared to either walk or drive. -The kitchen is on the 3rd floor, so plan grocery trips wisely. -Only the king room and the ground level queen room have ceiling fans. -The contract that we received after we booked the house stated that there were sound monitoring devices on the property. We had kids with us who tend to get a itttle loud during game nights, so we were concerned it would be an issue, but it wasnt. All in all, it is a great house, great location, and very professional group managing the property. We would gladly rent it again with no concerns. Thanks for an amazing experience!
