Enjoyed Our Stay!

Communication was excellent. Enjoyed lots of thoughtful amenities e.g. beach bags. Close to Long Beach area attractions. Comfortable and very clean with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Adequate facility

The size of the property accommodated the number of people in our party well. We had four adults and one three year old child. Appreciated the parking space in back as street parking was taken. Entry was easily accessible. Bedroom with twin beds was comfortable but larger bed in other room was not. Stairs were problematical for a child as they had only a bannister and could easily be fallen through. Air conditioners worked okay but appeared to have black mold. This should be checked ! Appreciated the number of towels and supplies provided. Overall I would rate this stay as adequate.

Convenient Long Beach stay

Property was as described/pictured, and it was great to have a designated parking spot. The portable A/C unit in the bedroom with the queen bed is rather loud, so maybe bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The main bathroom is small and the shower ceiling is angled, but we didn't have any issues with this. I wasn't able to get the Roku on either TV working but assume that was user error. Otherwise, it was a good stay for the Long Beach Grand Prix weekend. My only other comment for prospective guests is to be aware of where you are going. The property is good and yes you can walk everywhere (we walked about a mile to the convention center), but just be aware that Long Beach is not exactly the safest city ever, walking might not be the best idea. (I definitely wouldn't walk anywhere after dark.)

Great property

The property was clean and it had everything we needed. It’s close to restaurants and only a mile away from the beach and pier. The dedicated parking space is a huge plus! My only recommendation is to have a regular size ironing board available.

Lovely Home In Long Beach

We were beyond Happy with our rental. It is near downtown & Beach. Place is located in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Loved that we had out own parking space! Home inside is super clean and the decor is Gorgeous!

Great place but not for tall people

We had a great time. We stayed a few days before my family left on a cruise. We had a few dirty dishes and a pan that was not usable. The property company had someone drop off at the front door more new pans within 20mins with cookies and candy. My caution for you to book is that the shower. The ceiling is sloped in the shower so if you are taller than 6ft it will challenging to shower. Picture Buddy from the movie Elf, showering at the north pole. The stairs are shallow and steep so just be careful.

Business Convention

This was the perfect spot for our 4 day tradeshow at the Long Beach Convention center. The house was quiet and perfect layout for conversing, refreshing and overall hanging out.

Perfect Place.. felt just like home

We arrived and the instructions were so precise and clear for parking and entry into the home. Upon opening the door, I felt as though I walked into my home, not a weekend rental. Everything we could need was provided, and there were even games, a volleyball, and a few beach towels. This house is so cute and we had enough room for the six of us (4 adults and 2 children). There are even little motion sensored lights on the stairs and in the hallway!! The location is only a 3 minute drive to downtown Long Beach and nearby attractions. We would definitely choose to stay here again!!

Came into town to attend a wedding. The house was ideal. Perfect for the two of us (though 4 would be very comfortable too.). Well equipped. Pretty. Comfy beds.

Absolutely loved it

When you arrive, youre met with a clean and modern space. The chill beach vibe is throughout the property. You are close to all attractions in LB and there are things within walking distance. Communication with the property mgr was easy and they were very responsive. We had four people and it was perfect for us! I would love to stay here again and i didnt want to leave. I even left there with ideas for my own living space. :)

Discover Long Beach

Perfectly refurbished house with good common areas for a family of four with two grown up kids. All of downtown close by and Shoreline village within 30 minutes walk. Very easy access from all highways/freeways incl 405.

Nice Family Stay

Great, clean, secure home in walking distance to downtown Long Beach. We had a great family stay, sleeps 4 comfortably with good amenities. Parking in back is great but the info is correct, a large vehicle will not fit. Small SUV or sedan is about the max to get in and out comfortably when others are parked. Would definitely go back!

Loved This Place

We absolutely love the place, spacious, clean, felt very relaxing right when you walk in. Everything was easy to access. Would definitely want to book again. Parking wasn't too bad if you have more than one car.

Great location, nice setup, and plenty to do.

We stayed for 3 nights for a music festival and this was, by far, the best option for multiple reasons. We were happy to stay here. Options are endless and within walking distance.
