The Hosts were super friendly and great about explaining things as soon as we arrived. The location is great because it’s close enough to town yet still close enough to go out and hike in the area. The property was so cute and tidy and had all the accommodations we needed. It was perfect for our family of 6 and we will definitely consider returning in the future

Perfect Retreat near town

Peaceful retreat near airport and town for my six day stay. Very clean, well maintained and stocked. The patio area was relaxing after busy days. The host was very gracious and friendly.

Payson Get-Away

Quiet, comfortable, relaxing stay nestled in the outskirts and hilly area., very kind host, clean quarters with plenty of amenities., The only negative would be an apparent deficiency of insulation as it took the window air conditioner quite awhile to cool the place and keep it cooled. Despite that, we’d gladly stay there again!

Great place to stay

Wonderful area, sleeps 6 ok, and comes with washer/dryer. It's easy to get in and out and the view from the gazebo is wonderful.

My husband dog and I were so cozy for three nights. All items we needed including blankets, throws, and lots of games were provided. Beautiful neighborhood to walk the dog in. Tremendous views from every window.

Nice little hideaway on the edge of the Forrest

We were only there a couple nights, but everything was great. Casita was very well setup and comfortable. It’s a little out of the way, but that’s what we were looking for this trip. Loved the quiet and peacefulness of the area. Even saw a couple of Elk.

Great little casita

The casita is small but big enough for 4 of us. It had everything we needed. A very well equipped kitchen and a very well stocked bathroom. It was clean and well kept. Even though the owners live on site we only saw them once. They are there if you need them but they dont bother you. This is a good place to stay. you need them but stay

Sweet little getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Steve and Dorris‘s place. They are a very kind couple who seems to love hosting people. Steve was happy to make sure all our questions were answered at check-in. It’s smaller than we are used to, but if you look at the listing, it is very honest. It is a Casita on someone else’s property. It was a perfect location for us to enjoy Payson‘s awesome Fourth of July celebration. Full disclosure, Payson does get very warm in July and so nights are more warmer than we are used to when we go “up north”, which made sleep for us more difficult. A local would have no issue I’m sure, but we definitely run our AC very low at home at night so we are probably used to that. That said, the Casita has everything you would need and is extremely well set up. Beds are so comfortable. Our party of 5 was very comfortable calling this little place home base.

Cozy getaway cottage

Great hosts, well pointed property. It was everything we wanted in a quiet little get away rental. The neighborhood was super quiet, out amongst the trees, but close enough to town to get in and out when you need something or want to go out to eat, but the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook for yourself. I can't say enough about the hosts, they were very welcoming and helpful.

Wonderful Peaceful Casita

The casita is in mint condition. The owners are to be commended. What was posted is truly what we experienced . The patio, gazebo, and being adjacent to nature was such a joy. I would happily go again!
