The classic beachside bungalow is nestled at the rear of a property, very private and complete with kitchenette for simple meal preparation. Bungalow 101 is compact and comfortable, Perfect for romantic or relaxing nights in or slow mornings with breakfast on the deck.

The bathroom and bedroom are seperate and super clean, well appointed. Afternoons are well spent on the front deck, reading after a long day at the beach. This property will leave you feeling rested and recovered - a perfect location for creating holiday memories.

The property is well located, only 22min walk to main beach, or a 5 minute quick Uber ride to the town and the best of Byron Beaches. 14 minute walk to Woolworths, 7 minute walk to Bay Grocer.

Sunset Bungalow 101 is located at the rear of the property with its own private access down the side of the main house. There are 3 properties in total on the block, you will enjoy little or no guest interaction.
