Please note :The South Seas Towers 3 and 4 have structural building work being done until October 2025. We do not know the extent of any noise.

South Seas Northwest Manager (Towers 3 & 4) charges $100 registration fee which includes one parking pass. Additional parking passes are required for overnight guests who have an automobile. You must register upon arrival or their next business day. If you arrive after their office hours their guard at the entrance gate will issue you a temporary pass. Normal Office Hours- Monday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm Seasonal Office Hours - Monday - Sunday, 8am - 4pm (7 days/week)

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Beautiful location but a little disappointed.

The location of this property is spectacular! You have basically everything you need within walking distance. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. The air was very stale, tubs were dirty, and the accumulation of dust behind the bed was unfortunate. What really turned me off was when I went to change the sheets, I noticed that the mattresses were quite worn and the mattress pad was stained. I’m so thankful to have had a space to stay but they could stand to upgrade the mattresses and clean more thoroughly. ALSO… be prepared to buy toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap! The only toilet paper were the rolls already on the holders, one roll of paper towel, and NO dishwasher soap.

To be honest, The Condo was a little disappointing. Needs to be updated in the bathrooms and kitchen. The balcony furniture is old. The cushions on the dining room chairs don't fit. The wallpaper was held together with scotch tape. Both blenders leaked at the bottom, they are old, when we tried to make margaritas. The garbage disposal does not work. We called Remax who is the condo manager of this rental to let them know, they said most of the garbage disposals don't work in those Units. Thought that was odd. There was not enough beach towels and the beach chairs were so small, you could not even use them on the beach. The South Sea Towers pool was very nice and cleaned every day. Did not know that they charge you to park at the South sea Towers 100 for your stay. That was not noted in the rental description. They said their was laundry in the Unit, it was on the floor by the elevator and you have to pay to use both the washer and dryer. You have to purchase a card or use an app. Very inconvenient.The amount of money we paid to stay there for 12 days was not worth it. Way to expensive!!! I wish we investigated this condo a little bit more before we agreed to stay there. Tim
