Gorgeous home with everything you could wish for.
Amazing community and only just a 10 minute buggy ride away to our local fine dining, easy dining, takeaway, supermarkets- and yes we provide a 4 seater buggy for your use on the dedicated buggy tracks around Hope island and Sanctuary Cove. Take it to pick up the groceries of whip over to the Marina at Sancturay Cove to get your fresh prawns off the trawler, or simply use it when dining out at one of 20 restaurants and taverns nearby
Fabulous outside pool and alfresco area
Great movie room with incredible sound and also a grand piano if thats your thing
Incredible views of Golf Course, Kangaroos grazing, Fish jumping, etc.
If you love Golf - this is for you. We are based on the Links Course - rated No 1 Golf Course in Queensland -the other two rated in the top 7 are The Pines and The Palms at Sanctuary Cove - just a 10 minute drive to both.
If its fishing that's your thing- we have our private pontoon for fishing and crabbing off - we will leave some fishing gear and crab nets for your use. If you are a serious fisherman ask me about other options.
If its a family holiday, we have the theme parks on our doorstep as well
