We are a family of 6 from Edmonton, Alberta Canada. My husband is a fire fighter with the City of Edmonton and I am a Realtor in Edmonton. We love to travel to Mazatlan because of the beautiful beaches, warm weather, numerous attractions and wonderful people. Our condo is located in Cerritos within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, stores and directly across from Mazaqua Water Park. Cerritos is home to many Canadian and American expats as well as Snow Birds and yearly vacationers alike. Mazatlan, especially Cerritos, is quiet and family oriented. We are sure you will fall in love with the area just as we did!

Our home is brand new built in 2023 and has been professionally decorated. You will find EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay at our property. If anything is missing or we can make your stay more comfortable please let us know! The condo is equipped with pots/pans, plates, bowls, utensils, drink ware, coffee, sugar, spices, small appliances, linens, pillows, soap, shampoo, conditioner, tooth paste, lotion etc.

The Almarena Residencial project is geared towards outdoor enthusiasts with loads of amenities and things to do within the complex. The area has lots to do within walking distance or take a short Uber ride to see the other areas of Mazatlan. There is something for everyone to enjoy!
