Our home is a modern coastal getaway! Boasting an upstairs living area, kitchen and custom-made dining table that leads out to a north facing balcony, this is the place to be for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Great accomodation

Great communication, this home has everything you need for your stay. Close to the main shopping area and beach. Heating works really well for colder days. This home has multiple living areas to cater for all family types and the home is very clean, lots of extras to make your stay inviting. Great deck off the kitchen for dining in the warmer weather, garage available too.

Amazing house, has everything you need. Clean, big and a nice place to chill on Phillip Island. Host was amazing and answered all my questions. Would recommend anyone staying in Phillip Island to book this place.

Clean, well equipped property in great location

Stayed at this property for a week during the Australian GP. The property was very well stocked with anything we needed during our stay. It was well equipped with everything we needed for the week and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Cowes. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was simply perfect.. The space was clean, modern, clean and an absolute pleasure to stay in. The owner has thought of everything even down to the nice smelly towels. Very comfortable and would definitely stay there again

Perfection plus-quality fittings & exceptionally clean

This place is perfect in every way . Cleanliness is exceptional. Located in a quiet side street -in good location. Everything provided in this house is great quality, House is better in real life than what the photos show. Quality fittings, right down to great pillows and additional bedding to suit all seasons. Small heaters to add warmth if required. Board games, puzzles, beach towels & even babies toys & baby gate at top of stairs for safety. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware in a well appointed kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils if you wish to cook at home. Bath towels are soft & fluffy , well appointed laundry if you want to wash & dry clothes…. And soft decent toilet paper was an added bonus according to grandkids. You really need to just take your clothes to have a great get away - would highly recommend and definitely we will return . Easy communication with Loretta.
