Perfect Vacation Home!We stayed for 7 days and absolutely loved it! The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was fantastic — we spent so much time out there relaxing and enjoying the sun. The location couldn’t have been better — close to great restaurants, shops, and anything we needed during the week. It was the perfect home for our family, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Great place. It does have 3 bathrooms but only 2 showers. May be important to know all bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.

Family fun

The game room with foosball & shuffle board was a huge hit with our teenage boys. Backyard with real grass! and fire pit table were popular places to relax. Nice, clean house & perfect location as we were there for a baseball tournament; and lots of restaurants & stores very close. Overall very nice stay.

This house was in great shape and accommodated our family of 3 married children and my husband and me. My only complaint is that the family room only had seating for 4 (even though it sleeps 8). I don’t consider an additional large bean bag type chair that was on the floor to be legit seating.

The interior of the home was excellent. There are games provided for all ages. The kitchen was adequately stocked so meals could be prepared rather than eating out exclusively. Some of the towels (especially hand and washcloths and kitchen) look like rags and desperately need replaced. The pool and decking need addressed. The pool looks like it needs resurfacing. There is exposed rebar along an edge of the cool deck and pool edge. The water leveler is wonky being held in place with a brick. This home does allow dogs, however, the backyard is not pet friendly when it comes to the plants. Lantana and Oleander are highly toxic to dogs. Bougainvillea is mildly so.We had a mishap with one of our dogs' leg going into an open PVC pipe right next to the pool (the diameter was probably 4"). At one time I imagine there was a basketball hoop pole in that pipe. At any rate, the smell that came out of the pipe reminded you of sewage (grass clippings & pool water sitting in an open pipe). I let the owners' team know and they had someone come out the next morning and cap the pipe. With a few repairs, I'd book this home again.

Hi Debbie, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback and for bringing these items to our attention. We truly appreciate it, as feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we can continue improving. We really value your comments. We'll definitely share your feedback with our team, especially regarding the towels that need to be replaced. Regarding the pool deck, we apologize for not informing you before your arrival. We are already aware that it needs resurfacing, and we've had a vendor inspect it. We've received the quotes and are currently waiting for approval so the work can be scheduled. Thank you as well for letting us know about the plants in the backyard. We weren't aware of how toxic they are to pets, and we'll have our landscaper remove or replace them to make the yard more pet-friendly. As for the open PVC pipe, we're glad we were able to have it capped during your stay, and we appreciate you reporting it right away. Overall, thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. We're so happy to hear that you still enjoyed your stay and would consider booking with us again. That truly means a lot to us. We'd love the opportunity to host you again in the future! 😊

Overall, our stay was fine. The house was clean and it had a nice supply of basic items to get us started with our stay. However, the property is in very used and it tells. The pool area wasn’t well kept, it had bare grass and a brick holding pool equipment to the ground. There was also a large crack in the pool ledge. There was limited seating outside because one of the chairs was broken. The inside furniture felt dirty and was obviously old and not comfortable. There was bench seating in the kitchen but not adequate seating for our group of 6. I understand we were in prime visiting time, but the cost was well over 500/night when you factor in heating the pool. For that cost I thought the property would be a little nicer. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed many nice walks and runs in the neighborhood. Invest a little in the property.

Thank you for your review! We really appreciate your feedback and will share your suggestions with our team, especially regarding the chairs, furniture, grass, and the pool ledge crack. Regarding the pool heating, we offer it as optional since the equipment cost is high but you’re always welcome to use the pool without heating at no extra charge. We’re glad to hear you still had an enjoyable stay, and your comments about the property and pricing will definitely help us make improvements. Thanks again for taking the time to share your thoughts!

Red Mountain Ranch Home

This property is located in a nice and convenient area in E. Mesa with easy access to shopping, dinning and hiking/biking trails. The property itself, was a little dated with some painting needed in some areas of the interior and exterior. The biggest issue with the property was that the pool was dirty and not useable. The property management team's response was that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that it would be cleaned the day that we were checking out. Our stay at this property was for 5 days.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the location and the convenience of the area. We sincerely apologize for the pool not being in the condition you expected during your stay. We understand how important that amenity is and regret that it wasn’t ready for use. We’ve since addressed this issue to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the chance to host you again in the future.

Good not Great

Took us 20 minutes to get in the house because the lock wouldn’t work. Communication was good so we got it all figured out. Pool was extremely dirty, but they came and fixed it. Overall, good experience. Everything worked, just wasn’t super “ready” for us. Owners fixed/helped when we asked which was very much appreciated but as far as getting there after a long trevor day, wasn’t a smooth process. Would still recommend!
