Relaxing Luxury Baysville Muskoka Villa

Enjoy the Muskoka cottage experience in comfort and luxury! Located just 2 hours north of Toronto, walking distance to Baysville, and a short drive to both Huntsville and Bracebridge, this beautifully appointed, fully furnished waterfront villa has been professionally decorated, and features a gourmet chef's kitchen, large screen TV, and lots of comfortable space just to relax. It is a four season residence offering forced air heat and central air.

This prime Muskoka location offers swimming, boating, fishing and other outdoor activities right on premises or if you prefer you can just relax at the beautiful pool and hot tub facility. Our pool is heated and generally stays open from mid June to the beginning of Oct. weather permitting. The hot tub is open all year long. And if you're so inclined the fitness room has free weights and cardio equipment. for your use.

The spectacular boathouse is the focal point for waterfront activity along the shores of beautiful Lake of Bays. Relax indoors by the fireplace and marvel at the view from the open lounge area, enjoy a refreshment or sun tan on the deck and catch a friendly wave from a passing boater. On the property are two sandy beaches as well as 3 swim platforms and a slide. We also have canoes, kayaks, paddle-boats, and paddle boards available at no charge.

If you want to explore the entire lake you can bring your own boat or rent want at Baysville Marina just a few blocks away. Either way you are welcome to keep your boat at our docks during your stay at The Landscapes.

The Landscapes also has a spacious club house with a pool table, kitchen, huge fireplace, plenty of seating and game tables all on the first floor. There is a library on the second floor that's great place to just relax.

Nearby Activities include golf, shopping, restaurants, breweries, hiking, Algonquin Prov. Park, galleries, artisans and many more summer or winter activities.

The Clubhouse

In this large, beautifully decorated facility there's a big-screen TV for your enjoyment and even a billiards table for impromptu competitions. Relax in the comfortable game area and enjoy a game of cards, checkers, chess or scrabble with your family and friends. Or take the open stairway to the Library Loft and enjoy a good book, an interesting magazine article or the newspaper.

The Spa & Fitness Centre

You'll be able to relax in our natural looking heated outdoor pool (seasonal only) and socialize in the outdoor hot tub year-round. Afterwards laze on one of two rooftop patios or around the pool or two-sided outdoor fireplace and enjoy all the fresh air that Muskoka has to offer. Try a treadmill and enjoy a natural form of exercise recommended for all people or put a few kilometres on an exercise bike.
