The spacious Great Room with an entertainment center, vaulted ceilings, large windows and convenient powder room, opens to the pool, patio and covered porch via four sets of double French doors. The springy lawn welcomes bare feet and features four comfortable vintage French loungers perfect for sunsets and star-gazing. Steps away are beautifully landscaped private grounds with furnished sea-view areas to enjoy sun or shade, including a seaside BBQ/dining spot.

Each of the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (two seaside) has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The lower seaside suite has direct pool access via a furnished covered porch. A well-equipped eat-in kitchen on the upper level frames sparkling seascapes through the large, custom-designed windows.
