Just a stroll away from Inverloch’s Surf beach and surf life saving club, also located near the industrial estate which features Bluette on Bear, a beautiful café that services breakfast, lunch and on the weekend does a great cocktail. There is also the local gym and hairdressing salon.

As you walk through the front door of this property you are greeted by a large loungeroom and dining table which then flows into the kitchen and second living.

On the left side of the entry is the Master bedroom with a Queen bed serviced by an ensuite and walk in robe.

This property is well equipped outdoors with a large backyard for the kids to play, a netball hoop and large concrete area for a fun game, a table tennis set up in the garage with an extra fridge and dryer for those colder days.

A large 10 seater table with a small 4 seater kids dining table makes room for everyone to sit down together and enjoy a nice meal. A split system air conditioner in the hallway helps cool down the bedrooms on those warm summer evenings.

Down the hall you have three bedrooms:

Bedroom 2: Queen, built in robe, bedside with lamp.

Bedroom 3: Tri-bunk, single bunk, cot, and built in robe.

Bedroom 4: Queen, built in robe and bedsides with lamps.

Bathroom to service: bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet.

This home also has a fully equipped laundry with washer, washing basket, ironing board, iron, there is a dryer and indoor clothesline in the garage, an outdoor clothesline is also available.

Outside features a small undercover area with a dining table and BBQ for your use, expanding onto the large back yard which features a trampoline and small kids playset.

Key Collection is between 2pm - 5pm weekdays, 2pm - 4pm weekends, arrival out of these hours needs to be pre-arranged.
