4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms resort-style property with large water frontage, an outdoor pool, and a Balinese hut for a truly wonderful coastal holiday.
2 Queen beds and 4 King Singles to welcome 8 guests maximum.
Families and couples only, please enquire before booking if your situation is different. Absolutely no parties or functions

Ducted air conditioning and fans throughout, Wifi, large open living area with separate media room
Large covered outdoor area for dining and lounging, BBQ, spacious pool, and separate Bali hut.
A kayak for guest use. Feel free to fish off the pontoon however only fish of this property's pontoon's, not any of the neighbours'.

Lock up double Garage and driveway space
The property is secure and the location is great, within a very short walk of the Maroochy River
There are 2 parks close by for the kids too

Please note that there is an outdoor spa at the property however it is decommissioned and cannot be used. You will be charged if you use the spa
Please note that this property has a strict no function/party policy, absolutely no hens or bucks parties, and no "schoolies" bookings

You may hire beach towels directly from G1 Holidays.

Lovely home with plenty of space for the family

Great place to stay, lots of room and very well kept. Close to Sunshine Plaza (easier if you have your own transport) Everyone enjoyed their stay. Only suggestion would be a key lockbox on site to avoid a trip into Mooloolaba to pickup/return keys.

Great Property To Relax & Unwind

Great property - everything presented well. There was no reason to leave the house once we checked in. There were nesting plovers near the back gate leading to the jetty which was a pain There was also no sunshade over the pool - pictures advertised showed there was. 10/10 house, will return again.

Family vacation with three little children

Property was lovely. Nice and clean. Kids all had their own rooms. Very comfortable. Loved the ability to do laundry. Wonderful drinking a cup of tea while watching the sunrise over the river and eating suppers at the oversized outdoor table. Pool is not heated so The kids couldn’t swim as it was too cold, even for us Canadians, but it’s winter and we can’t complain much. The waterfall working would have made it magical, but no one knew how to turn it on. We got to watching a pair of nesting birds with eggs and black swans every day. Needs more towels and facecloths, oven mitts, kitchen sink drains and a few minor fixes to the en-suite shower. Minor details that we only notice because of how long we stayed. Would highly recommend. Staff were very easy to work with. Didn’t want to leave.
