Beautiful gem

We loved the location and complex. The unit itself was very well equipped, we loved all the eating and seating areas, the balconies were wonderful. The bedrooms were very private and the 3 bathrooms perfect! Would love to stay here again!

Fun stay/weird smell

Love this area. Very close to beach and overall it was a fun stay. Only complaint is that the apartment has a weird smell to it. Smells like pickles.

The property was perfect. Clean, great location and steps from the beach. RealJoy goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need. They communicate frequently with you and even left a personalized welcome letter and happy for us!

Family vacation

Loved the property and vacationing with young adult children can be challenging, they all had plenty of things to do and the accomodations were wonderful. Rented extra chairs and umbrellas and a paddle board and those were a big hit with the kids!! Will be back!

Wonderful experience

The condo exceeded our expectations! There were 7 of us (6 adults and 1 child), and the condo had plenty of room. The space was comfortable and clean, and the kitchen had all of the supplies we needed. The location was absolutely perfect.

I love the property but the particular condo we stayed in really could use a refresh-the sofa felt like it was going to fall apart and it just was not as nice as others I have stayed at on the same property

The condo was very clean & spacious. The location was perfect; it was nice being able to walk downstairs to a pool & the beach was steps away. No restaurants were walking distance; everything required a drive. But overall, I would stay there again! :)

Great Stay on 30A!

This condo was perfect for our family! The access to the beach, with the pool right there, was perfect for the ages of our children, and it was walkable to all best restaurants/places in Blue Mountain. There was room to spare! We have 3 young children, and could have easily fit another 2 people (grandparents- "wink wink"). Cute decor and huge balcony! We would come back here for sure!

Great location - beach and pool perfect

The access to beach fantastic, pool great and had good space and plenty of room. Though, it’s time for an update throughout the unit. Furnitures old, bathrooms need updating and new bedding would update it and make more enjoyable. All in all great, just needs a little TLC in the unit.

Would not recommend for families with teenagers

The Security Guard under HOA guidance basically stalked our teenagers all week. We’ve stayed in this property several times without issue but something must have changed recently because it was very clear that they do not wish to have teenagers on the property. Even the adults in our group were shushed for playing cards just past 10pm one night. Unfortunately will have to look elsewhere for our next trip.

Great access to beach

Loved the short walk to the beach. Did not appreciate all the “private” beaches around the condo, it made social distancing an issue during COVID pandemic. The rental agency that manages the property was OK, but not superb by any means. Few things I’d change about the condo but overall it was a lot of space and very clean.

Making Memories

Our family was able to stay together. The condo was awesome, had all the items listed online. I do wish the deacription explained a little more about beach items. No need to bring tents, as they are not allowed. A beach umbrella and 2 chairs come with the condo and you can rent more during your stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time!!

Nice and clean. Too many access codes.

I've stayed in lots of condos and have never been required to enter a code three different times to get into my room. You should figure out a way to trim that down and/or let the renters set a personalized code.

Cleanliness

The condo was not clean. I could see dust/dirt on the towel rack. I had to take Clorox wipes and clean all the counters and door knobs and spray lysol. There was 2 long hairs wrapped in the towels. I have asked what the COVID cleaning entails as advertised on the VRBO page, but have yet to receive a response.

6 teenagers and myself

This location is my top fav! Blue Mountain is only a 4 story condo, the private beach is never too busy and in the evenings we get it all to ourselves most of the time. I was waiting for the check in email...it never came so I called real joy..he stayed on the phone with me until I signed the contract (guess I missed that part somehow) and then made sure we got in. There were little bottles of shampoo and such as well as toilet paper to get us started which was nice. The door code stopped working on day 2, but I called and they fixed it within minutes. Walking to the Blue Mountain Ice cream store is one of our fav past times. Beds were comfortable. Fridge was an awesome size!
