Great location

Great location, very close to the beaches and shops. We always enjoy our time at Tuross Head. This house had everything we needed and was clean, neat and tidy and had what we needed for the kids and the dogs. Thanks for the stay!

Overall excellent property but could do with a bit of fixing (sliding doors, fan, shower screen) and a good spring clean.

Great location

Great location,great weather-the beach was beautiful and every morning we would walk to the beach to see the whales and dolphins swimming past -recommend anyone to pick this destination The people were very friendly and the Tuross boat shed was fantastic for coffee,lunch and dinner with friendly staff One room with the bunk bed looked like the people before us might have had dogs as there was what we think was dog hair all through the sheets but other than that fantastic

3 day holiday break

Generous open spaces, with lots of toys and videos for the younger ones. Wrap around verandah which increased opportunities for quiet time. Good facilities and equipment, but I would suggest a few more glasses and cutlery available so that you don't have to constantly wash up (6 adults and 2 kids). Very clean. Great garage.

Convenient but could do with a spring clean.

Beds comfortable. The house itself needs work. Hot water tap in the kitchen was incredibly noisy. Floor dirty. Dinner plates were filthy. If a little work was done, I would recommend the property.

Tuross Treat

Tuross Heads is awesome and the house is the perfect place for the three of us (my wife, myself and our dog). The kitchen and bathrooms are clean but of the houses vintage, however the accommodation is just right, a comfortable size, both bathroom and ensuite, king size bed, dog friendly and large garage space to keep the tinnie and fishing gear out of the weather. This provides an extremely handy space for unpacking and packing when that weather turns sour. A welcome basket was a nice surprise. We will be back.

Mediocre

We appreciated the welcome package and location close to shops and beach. However the house suffers from neglect. We estimated $500 could address the main issues such as tap securing nuts missing (we fixed he kitchen ones), en suite shower door broken, We2 game console connection to TV missing, general scruffiness including water damage to floors. Suggest banning dogs from bedrooms is a bad idea as leaving them locked in family area overnight is a recipe for disaster. Basics such as alfoil and glad wrap missing, but a range other people's condiments left in the fridge. Smelt musty on arrival and a mouldy meal discovered in the microwave. We won't return.
