We have taken our family to Disney world at least twice a year for the past 19 years and have stayed in many different types of hotels, houses, and condos. This property was, by far, the best Vrbo we’ve stayed in. It was super clean, spacious and it was close to the parks. We also didn’t have to get back on to I4 to access the places we wanted to go, which was a plus. It is very centrally located.

Condo was perfect for our trip. Nice balcony overlooking a wooded area. Kitchen was good, we brought a few of our own kitchen ware items and ate a few meals in. Perfect location in resort.

I have no words. There were multiple issues, so I took screenshots to share everything. I’m very disappointed in the owner and complete lack of communication. The messages in black and white are with the owner. The messages in green and white are with the “local team”. The last photo just shows filth.

As the owner, we are doing everything we could to help our guests and take guest-reported issues very seriously. The Internet issue was due to the change-over of Internet Service Providers by the Association recently; there were many issues during the transition. Both local team and owner contacted new provider multiple times, but it was slow and very frustrating to wait for the technician to show up. As the owner, I had to travel to FL to work with IPS to restore the internet/TV after this guest departed. Now everything is working flawlessly. Regarding the lack of response by local team to not provide the towels/supplies the guest asked for, we also took a very decisive decision to terminate the service contract with this local management company. Now we have a new much reliable local manager moving forward. Also, we actually offered to refund for supplies the guest purchased. We are remote owners, we rely on the local team to help our guests. Sometime, there are somethings (such as Internet provider issue) is beyond our own control. But we strive to do our best to provide valuable services to our guests. We have had many happy guests who rated our vacation condos highly in the past 10 years..

Everything was perfect. Cozy and well stocked. Our host was very friendly and left us detailed instructions.I had a horrible night my last night with my daughter and ran late that morning. The host was extremely understanding and communicated directly with me. I will definitely be back.

Very nice condo with plenty of room for the entire family! Parking was easy, access to condo with elevator was easy! We were not 11 minutes from Disney, it was more like 25 and we could not see fireworks from balcony. Resort was very nice and looked to have plenty of things to offer. Only disappointment was the extremely sour smelling washing machine (made our clothes smell like onions), floors were dirty and linens on bed did not seem clean. One pillow case smelled of dirty hair.

A great weeklong stay

We had a very busy week planned in Orlando and this condo was an excellent fit for us on this vacation. The view of the woods and lawn from the balcony was a nice place to start the day. The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Reunion delivers again

Although our stay was only 4 nights everything went exceptionally well. The condo was as advertised and the resort was top grade. Would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to friends. Our host was easy to contact and responded to our communications quickly.

Overall a good stay, not able to check-in at scheduled time due to housekeeping still being in unit. Host was accommodating but coming from out of town and having to wait an extra 2 hours was tough. TV in small bedroom didn’t work but no big deal.

Very pleased with the apartment and quietness, contact with Gwen he property manager was excellent, only complaint I would have is the bed sofa is old and uncomfortable to sit on. I would recommend this property to rent and will return. Shaun Good 12/4/24

We enjoyed it

Beautiful property, the host Shelley responded to any questions I had. The property was as described, simple but nice. A few light bulbs need to be changed and the sliding screen door to the patio needs to be fixed. Other than those few hiccups everything was great.

Beautiful

The condo was wonderful with plenty of things to do it seemed. Unfortunately we were here for a soccer tournament, so we didn’t get to use many of the amenities. The only thing I would recommend is to bring dish soap, paper towels, and extra toilet paper as there was not an adequate supply.

Had a lot of room for 2 adults and 3 teenage kids. Would recommend bringing more of your own TP, paper towels, detergent. Sink does need some work. But loved the shuttle around the property!

Great Snowbird Experience

The condo was in a great location with easy access to pools. The property manager was prompt in answering our questions and easy to contact. The price was reasonable compared to other options. While the beds and outdoor furniture were comfortable, the living room and dining room furniture were outdated and uncomfortable. We did enjoy our stay and we were very happy with all communication with the property manager. Thank you!
