Look no further, this modern self contained studio flat is very close to Mission Estate ( only 1.6km away) 500m away from New World, coffee shops, fast foods and close to other wineries in the area, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This well designed studio apartment is fully insulated, equipped with a heatpump to cool in summer and warm in winter and positioned in the sought after and quiet suburb of Greenmeadows. Designed to maximize the use of space and a beautifully furnished in a minimalist contemporary style with quality furniture and luxuries.
A complete and equipped kitchen allows you to prep and cook all your meals during your stay along with a comfortable queen bed makes for the perfect mix to relax and explore all Hawkes Bay has to offer.

The unit has it's own entrance and completely fenced off from the main house on the property, therefor completely private and self-contained. A smart TV and free WIFI is available to enjoy along with a chrome cast to allow you to stream all your subscriptions. The space is cleaned meticulously and disinfected after each stay ensuring the best possible experience for your stay.

Children are most welcome, at no extra cost but you would need to bring along a cot or mattress with bedding as the studio only have a Queen size bed.

Comfortable Studio

This well furnished studio was perfectly located near cycle trails and the Mission Estate Vineyard. Really good bed and lovely bedding were so welcome too. We'll come again in future.

Perfect little unit clean well equipped close to all major shops, Would defiantly stay again.

I needed an affordable place to stay for a few days in the Napier / Taradale area and this unit was perfect, Looks like a converted double garage but it has been done with no expense spared. Very comfortable and clean, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect for us

We really enjoyed our stay. The studio was the perfect location for us as it was close to where our family live and close to a supermarket. It had everything we needed, is warm and the area is quiet. We will be back if we are up this way again.

Highly recommended stay

Clean, tidy and exactly as advertised. We loved our stay and will definitely be booking this studio again in future. Close to supemarket and restaurants. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Prompt response from the property manager with last minute enquiries we had. Friendly and lovely to deal with.
