Pelorus Sound Log Home - Off Grid Paradise
Welcome to our Eco Off Grid Log Cabin. It is a haven for a place to wind down, chill and explore the Marlborough Sounds.
This is a boat only access property, built 2019 situated in the Pelorus Sounds, 15 minute boat ride from Havelock. This house is completely self sufficient, using solar for power, fire for heating, and gas for cooking. There are beautiful walks, some of which lead to tame eels, and glow worms. Pick mussels from the shore or cast a line.
The space
There are 3 bedrooms, but many other sleeping options, on day beds etc. This property does take a little more time to manage than a normal house, as it is off-grid and remote.
There is a mooring available, should you wish to bring your own boat. A dingy and kayaks are also available.
Other things to note
There is much wildlife around such as Wekas, Bird life, Deer, etc. We ask you respect them, we share the land with them.
