Please ask if you have a dog. We may be able to accommodate you.

New photos just added. New furniture, new flooring, new bathroom!

This beautiful, new space is nicely appointed with modern fixtures and finishes.

Conveniently located in the center of The Hamptons, our Sag Harbor Guest House is nicely furnished.

You have your own parking area, a separate entrance gate and patio.

High ceilings, clean and bright.

The kitchenette has a microwave, Keurig, mini fridge, sink, dish ware and utensils. There is a large outdoor area with a grill for your use as well.

The bathroom has a large shower, new towels, hairdryer.

Walk to the bay beach for stunning sunsets.

New furniture, linens, towels, etc.

There is no stove or oven' it is against code, along with hot plates and toaster ovens.

Hamptons Stay

We had a great time staying at Barbara's place. She is a warm and friendly host and her place it terrific! It is also in a perfect location close to the town of Sag Harbor in a quiet area. I would highly recommend renting here.

Lovely location. Close to Sag Harbor Village and South Ferry to Shelter Usland

The property was very well maintained, presented and accommodating. Very comfortable. Barbara was the perfect Host.

Great location, fabulous host!

Wonderfully appointed cottage for two. The space was recently renovated and is very clean. Lots of outdoor (fenced!) for our doggy to run around in. The location is central and is a short walk to two bay beaches. Barbara was easy to communicate with and we enjoyed our conversations with her. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Quiet getaway

Barbara is an amazing host and her space is lovely! Just what you need for a summer getaway! She is so knowledgeable about where to go to eat, shop or hang at the beach! If you have a dog like me, she also knows all the locations that are dog friendly! A wonderful stay and can’t wait to go back!

Great spot, great host

My wife and I came out to Sag Harbor for a few nights. Barbara was a phenomenal host and the accommodations were top notch. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful & cozy

We really enjoyed our stay here. Set off to the side of the owners home, this one bed plus living room/ sitting area and mini kitchen was clean, put together & very comfortable. Being a 5 to 7 minute stroll to the water, we got to enjoy some peaceful walks & relaxing time at the quiet nearby beech. Barbra, the owner, was very responsive and helpful with all our needs. Recommended for anyone who wants a relaxing peaceful time in Sag Harbor.

Such an enjoyable stay!

We went out to Sag for a wedding and weekend of vineyard tours, and were fortunate enough to stay in this lovely guesthouse! The property and house was as advertised. Tucked away - very quiet and peaceful setting. Barbara was very accommodating to anything we needed. We drove to downtown every day for brunch - about a 10-15min drive. Would definitely stay again!

A serial entrepreneur, I love meeting new people. This is why I rent this space. I also have enjoyed building it and have just now renovated it (again! LOL) and am refurnishing it.
I have two dogs who I cherish and enjoy walking them down to the beach right here in our neighborhood.

This home and guest house are nicely laid out and tucked into a corner, offering a ton of privacy.
We are close to everything without having to get on 27! Everyone knows how that traffic can seriously back up during the summer. Not here!
Get into Sag Harbor, East Hampton, Bridgehampton or Southampton without ever getting in 27 traffic.
The sunsets on the beach just a couple of blocks away are nothing less than spectacular!
