My family’s week-long summer vacation at 25 Cove Drive was terrific. House was perfect with nice open space between living room, kitchen and bathrooms. No outside shower but beautiful large shower off den (which functions as a third bedroom). Host Ruby was lovely, very accessible and responsive with any questions we had.

We loved it here. The location, the roominess of the house, the cleanliness of the house was wonderful. The only thing was that the steps going down was a little difficult to navigate , but all in all the house was terrific.

House was lovely and well kept in a very quaint neighborhood with easy access to both bay beach and Sag Harbor town. House was more spacious than we expected and very comfortable for our family. The fact that it is a ranch house was wonderful for my elderly mother. Ruby was very responsive.

We were very impressed with the property. Besides its cleanliness and nicely appointed decor. It had a large and secluded backyard and a large semi finished basement with a pool table! The location was in a wonderful neighborhood close to beaches and shopping! Highly recommend!

Great quick trip

Excellent location, easy access to a bay beach. Beautiful home, lots of games and things to do as a family in the house, with a comfortable backyard. Ruby was very responsive to questions and the home was spotless and well appointed. Highly recommend!

Lovely home in perfect location

My partner and I stayed for 6 nights in this clean, comfortable house in a beautiful neighborhood right outside Sag Harbor and a 5 minute drive to Long Beach. Would definitely come back! Really enjoyed the layout of the house and the quiet, charming neighborhood.

Lovely home at fantastic location

This lovely home is situated in a heavenly neighborhood, surrounded by calm water on 3 sides, and steps away from beautiful town beach. 5 min drive to Sag Harbor, with plenty of shopping and dining choices and wonderful harbor view. The house has updated open kitchen and living area, could easily sleep 8 ppl in the 2 bedrooms, den, and large finished basement. We really enjoyed our week-long stay. The host Ruby is friendly and helpful. We’d recommend this place in a heartbeat and would love to come back another time!

Great stay!

This is a very clean and comfortable property, in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to the bay beach (can walk there). Nice kitchen with nice appliances. Plenty of towels. Very nice place!

Great Location

The house was a perfect size for my family of four. A short bike ride to the center of town (Sag Harbor) and walking distance to the beach. The house was clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the homes beautifully maintained.

Perfect house for a weekend getaway

The home was situated in desirable bay point, 5 most from town and quick walk or drive to beach. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had pertaining to our stay. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to visit Sag.

Beautiful Home, Great Location!

Had a wonderful time in Sag Harbor. House is in a prime location - Bay Point- convenient to bay beaches and very close to Main Street. We enjoyed going to Foster's Memorial Beach and Cooper's Beach in Southampton. Due to Covid, town/village beaches weren't allowing daily parking permits over weekend. Ruby was very helpful with suggestions and responsive in all of our communication. Would definitely recommend this home!

Great, conveniently located getaway..

My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much. The house was very clean and Ruby was easily accessible before and throughout our stay for questions about things to do in the area. Love the location- close to a nice little bay beach currently open to the public and also to Main Street for shopping/ dining. The pool table in the game room was a fun perk for the family too. We’d definitely stay here again...

Family vacation with adult children.

I would highly recommend this clean and comfortable house. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with everything you would need. The house was the perfect location for a change of pace. The neighborhood is beautiful and easy to walk around. The pebble beach is also in walking distance to the house. The drive to Sag Harbor is only five minutes. However, with traffic it can be up to half an hour! Being vegetarian, we really enjoyed the health food store, Provisions. It had great takeout! The closest beaches don’t allow for day parking, but Hither Hills in Montauk was beautiful. We also went to East Hampton’s Main Beach. Once we dropped everything and everyone off, we parked about a mile away. It was actually a really nice walk to the beach.

Perfect East End Stay
