Sunridge X7 has 14 steps in, is multi-level, offers internet access, and is

not pet-friendly. It has a standard rating and sleeps four. Upon climbing 14

more steps up from the entry foyer, you'll find the living room with a flat-

screen TV. The wood-burning fireplace is not available for use. There's a

fully functional kitchen, and the dining room seats six. The bedroom on this

level has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full bath. Upstairs, you'll

find the loft bedroom offering two single beds and the second full bath.



Sunridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community.

There is no gas grill available for guest use. This unit is ski-in/ski-out

with on-trail access weather permitting.



Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on

location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site

within the communities.



All homes in The Villages include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer

(laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living

room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included)

and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and

toilet tissue.

During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis and basketball

courts and the community pools. However, our condo guests are welcome to

utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations

required).



_**(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental

guests.)**_ However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the

resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo

rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out _**(WEATHER PERMITTING)**_.

All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.

summer months, there are endless ways to explore the mountain. Zip through

treetops, mine for sparkling gems, hike and bike miles of trails, or climb to

new heights on our rock wall. For those looking for a restful escape year-

round, relax and unwind with our services and treatments at the Trillium Spa.
