Get cozy in the main living space, which features ample seating, a Smart TV, a fireplace, and a kitchen replete with stainless steel appliances, and all the counter space the chef needs to cook the catch-of-the-day. Sip coffee on your canal front balcony before utilizing the shared dock on Grand Canal!

Clean, cute and huge space. We had loud neighbors who arrived at 10:45 at night and didn't understand how the units worked and so were trying to get in our door. Other than that, nice place to stay on the canal.

Great place for family

The kitchen was large enough to cook family meals, we were close enough to town that running to the store for last minute items wasn't a hassle, the property was comfortable and we had a great stay.

Quiet stay near the beach

Charming spot on the canal. The building looks like a commercial building but when you get inside it is a cute quite and clean house over the water.

Girls Beach Trip

It's a lovely condo. Well appointed and well stocked. Keyless entry worked perfectly. Only issue was the fireplace didn't work.

Beautiful location

The condo is right on the canal, it was so quiet and sick a beautiful thing to wake up to. The condo it’s self is so spacious and clean. It’s sick a bonus to have two Queen beds in the shared room. Location is very close to downtown, maybe not walking distance but a very short drive to the beach and shops. We are already making plans to book again!

Great home rental

Great location on the canal at Ocean Shores. Close to everything and a quick drive to the beach. Very walkable to restaurants and shops.The home was LARGE with two large bedrooms and a large bathroom complete with washer and dryer. Kitchen was complete in every way. Two gals and their tiny dog but large enough for a family or a couple families to share. Highly recommend.

To noisy, complained twice no one cared. The upstairs people throwing stuff on the floor at 1 in the morning. Bouncing a ball for the dog at 629 am. Don’t stay there unless you have the top floor. Rated it poor for the noise

We’ve stayed at the same place before but this time was frustrating. People above us ran up and down the stairs every night until around 2 am which made it impossible for any of us a good nights sleep We never had the host or evolve help us they even went as far to tell us that they can’t ask someone to be quieter at any point the fireplace wasn’t working and mold all around inside the toilet bowl. Luckily the owner contacted us and even though he was far away and couldn’t come there but at least he tried And evolve even messaged us that there was no one staying above us or below us after the owner told us there was The owner genuinely cares I hope he can get someone local to help him because the people he pays now are horrible

Hi Karin, we want our guests to enjoy a peaceful and well-supported stay, so we’re sorry to hear that wasn’t your experience this time. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We did have renters in one of the other units who reported no late-night activity, but we later discovered the noise was caused by a maintenance rope that had blown loose and was tapping against the canal side of the house. The issue has since been resolved.- We’ve scheduled a fireplace technician to take a look, as the controls were tampered with and no longer functioned through the wall switch as intended.- Our local contact re-cleaned the toilet and delivered extra toilet paper during your stay. Her contact info is listed in the guestbook and on the fridge. We encourage future guests to reach out directly for quick, on-the-ground support.Thanks again for your feedback. We’re glad the homeowner was able to connect with you and appreciate your suggestions to continue improving the guest experience.
