The first floor features a queen bedroom with its own bathroom and a gorgeous master king suite designed for ultimate comfort.

This level also includes six additional bedrooms and four bathrooms: a king suite, three rooms with two twin beds each (two of them Mickey and Donald-themed), one queen bedroom, and another with two queen beds.

The house worked perfectly for our large family group. Everyone had their own space and the pool and hot tub were great to have with the small children. Communication was fast and we had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at the house! Everything was very clean, well organized, and the home had everything we needed to be comfortable. The amenities were great and exactly as described. Maria was amazing — she was very attentive, quick to respond to all of our questions, flexible, and extremely helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference for our group. Her hospitality truly stood out and made our experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place!

Over all the property was nice. The washer, dryer, and stove needs to be updated and we had some issues with the water in the hot tub not holding the water when we turned the jets on. Will rent again.

I had a nice time, they could use wash cloths for each bathroom, make sure the batteries works in the remotes for the tv’s in all rooms ( I shouldn’t have to buy batteries & wash cloths) while on vacation).Also why should I pay you 85 or 90 to have your propane tank replaced when the store sells for 30..

When we decided on a vacation to Disney with the family, we really wanted to stay in one place. My husband found this home and we were excited it would accommodate all of us. The house and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The club house with the pool and water park were the kids favorite place to be. We also enjoyed having a pool at the house and the older ones loved the game room upstairs. When we had any questions we were able to communicate with property management with a quick response. This will be a definite return visit for us.

My family and I stayed at this home from June 22 through June 29. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate everyone. The kids especially loved the pool area, and the kitchen was a nice size.However, the cleanliness of the property did not meet the standards advertised on the website. When we arrived, we found that a significant amount of cleaning was needed before we felt comfortable settling in. There was mold underneath the downstairs toilet seat, the floors were not very clean, and the carpet upstairs and on the stairs appeared old, stained, and in need of either a deep cleaning or replacement.We also had to thoroughly wash the pots, pans, and utensils before using them. Another inconvenience was the dryer, which took nearly two hours to dry a load of clothes. It became so inefficient that we ended up going to a laundromat to wash and dry our laundry.The exterior of the home could also use some attention. It would benefit from pressure washing, and there are a few repairs that should be made outside. It seems that the current cleaning and maintenance of the property are not being handled to the level expected for a vacation rental.Despite these issues, we were still able to enjoy our vacation because the home met our space needs and the pool was a highlight for the children. I hope the owners address the cleaning and maintenance concerns so future guests can have an experience that matches the property's advertised

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Beds were comfortable also. We would definitely consider staying here again.Future guests should know is that the villa is very minimally stocked. There were plenty of dishes, but not much else for anyone planning to cook. There wasn't even basic pantry starter items like salt and pepper, coffee filters, or hot pads, and the cookware and kitchen tools were fairly limited. If the villa were at full occupancy, it would be difficult to prepare even a simple meal. Very different from rentals we have used in the midwest.The bathroom supplies were also minimal, so plan to bring or purchase extra toilet paper and any other essentials you'll need during your stay.None of these issues ruined our trip, but knowing what to expect ahead of time would have made packing and grocery shopping much easier.

This is a very nice house and Maria is super helpful. It was perfect for our family of 13. Grandkids say to mention the house is great for playing hide & seek, and they especially loved the nearby HOA water park. There are 8 bedrooms including three (or four) en suite, and the other bedrooms share a bathroom. NOTE: This will save you some money and you’ll have extra luggage space: there are three single umbrella strollers and one jogging stroller in the garage (I rented without realizing this) also, there is an toddler sized life jacket. AC set at a good level. Comfortable beds and new pillows. Safety net around pool. Only challenge was pots and pans small size for cooking for whole family, but did manage to make spaghetti. Only one small dish towel. Pool towels at the house in addition to bath towels. Gate code no longer used, get gate pass card from security at the gate. Was roughly 20-30 mins to Disney World.
