Family friendly

Thank you for letting us stay, we found the place clean and fully stocked with kitchen equipment and comfortable furniture. Family suitable, including a bath and washing machine. Also a handy location for a quick drive to Taupo outdoor highlights. Thank you, we will return in the future.

Quiet and central

Great property with lots of space and well furnished. If you want to be in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the lake and Taupo central, this place is ideal.

Good but could so easily be so much better.

The convenience of a rented batch is often all about the little details. Details like being provided with a proper cooks knife rather than a carving knife, a bedding that fitted the bed size in the master bedroom. Also, being advised that two of the bedrooms were conjoined ie. couldn't get to one without walking through the other. Otherwise beds, showers & facilities were good. One pitfall discovered, the toilet door can be locked from the inside & if shut is unable to be unlocked again from the outside. Obviously not having access to the toilet renders the dwelling uninhabitable, however removing the toilet door handle face plate with a screw driver & dismantling the whole mechanism solved the problem but not something that should need to be done by a holiday maker. Otherwise a reasonable set-up in a good location.

Great Location

Well located property, just a short drive into town. Well suited for our group participating in the round Taupo cycle challenge. Great to have a separate space for the teens. The bunk beds were way too soft and uncomfortable, and the fridge could have done with a better clean, but overall pretty happy with the facilities and location.

Great stay

The property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We liked the location close to the lake. The property has a nice backyard with barbecue, I think this is a very nice place to spend some time during summer. The place might be a bit tricky to find but due to the clear directions provided by Harcourts we did not have any issues.

Great property, handy location to all amenities. check in process was easy. previous guests left quite a bit of rubbish and didn't clean dishes etc. otherwise no complaints. warm, dry and well presented.

Perfect

Great place to stay with a small group, property very clean and has everything you need. Beds were comfy and outdoor area was great. Location wise is perfect, close to everything. Really good value for money. Would be great to have a lockbox for keys as opposed to having to collect by a certain time, with so much roadworks we were right down to the wire to collect keys from the service station before it closed.
