Adelaide Hills House is a historic stone cottage built in 1921. Overlooking the vineyards of the Piccadilly Valley, the residence has recently been comprehensively refurbished and extended to the highest of standards.
Comprising an open plan living and dining area with views, a private master bedroom suite with walk-in-robe and en-suite bathroom with double showers and bathtub (the King Suite), a second bedroom (the Queen's Study) and a second bathroom with shower, the residence is both spacious yet intimate.
Adelaide Hills House has undercover car parking for two vehicles.
Guests have access to all areas of the residence and gardens, other than a double garage which remains locked and alarmed at all times.
Adelaide Hills House has strict no parties, no weddings, no events and no children policies. A maximum of four guests (ideally two couples) are permitted to stay overnight and no more than eight persons (including guests) are permitted to be on site at any given time during the daytime or evening. The property has outdoor security cameras and guests found to be flaunting these policies are in breach of their agreement and will be asked to leave.
During the months of August to December 2023, a pool house is being constructed toward the southern side of the property. This will not inconvenience Guests as the works area is separate from the residence and the builders are on site Monday to Friday only. Guest bookings are being taken for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights during this construction time.
