Great views , close to city and Ponsonby for all activities. Please fix the broken shower head and loose toilet seat, easy fixes and would show you care about your property and your guests.

Never got to stay as there was no key in the lockbox and poor communication and check in instructions. Do not recommend booking.

This is a simple apartment. There is no personal interactions. The room was tidy, but not clean as you would expect. For more than 24 hours there was vomit in the foyer that didn’t get cleaned up. It was cold, there was no heater( that we could find) . It was a good location, but not up to the standard you would expect when booking though Expedia. We looked forward to staying and left feeling pretty disappointed to be honest. We wouldn’t stay here again.

After reading some of the previous reviews u was a bit worried about my booking. Upon emailing host I was assured that there would be no problems. Managed to check-in early on day of arrival which was appreciated as had a long day with flights and general waiting around until 3pm. Room was small but was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy but pillow was hard. (My personal preference so no fault can be given). Might be a little cramped with 2 ppl and a longer than a couple of nights stay. Complex itself almost had a prison cell block feel to it and some interesting characters coming and going and milling around outside at different hours of the day. Didn't use pool or gym as I thought I might catch something.(Didn't see anyone use it whilst I was there which said something) Overall I cannot fault my stay. It was surprisingly cheap when I booked which was why I chose it. But yeah clean,tidy,cheap and small
