Value was good. Please review check in instructions.

Our stay was happy and the house was fine for a beachside getaway. The house had everything you could need and walking distance from dog-friendly beach. It was clean and comfortable. Gardens needed some maintenance with overgrown bushes. But check in process was confusing with conflicting emails and needs review. Not a reflection on the house, more the managing agent.

Shower drain blocked which acts as a kids bathtub and fills up and spills everywhere, one queen sized bed broken and propped underneath by a foot stool. A/c not working. Such a great location but the house amenities and basic fundamentals such as a bed just passed over

Mixed Feedback

The inside of the house was nice, but unfortunately the windows of the main bedroom were locked and no key was available, despite being in touch with the agent. This meant that from 11 until about 4, the heat was stifling in the bedroom- and that was with the air con from the main room on, and two fans in the room. Being able to unlock the windows would have meant we could let the cool breeze of the evening in, to reduce this heat. A couple of simple additions in the house would have made life easier- microwave dishes, a working light and fan in the bathroom, a toilet brush, a bowl/bucket for dog water. The back yard was only dog-safe when large tiles were leaned against the gates to ensure the dog couldn't push it's way out. Unfortunately we wouldn't choose to re-book although we enjoyed our holiday

Family Review

The house itself was clean and had a good layout with room for the family and was comfortable. Location is good with walking access to beaches, etc. The bathroom is very small, and the exhaust fan was not working wilhich on hot dàys was super uncomfortable. The managing agent needs to review check-in instructions as these were confusing with conflicting instructions on where and how to get access to the home. Also, we arrived and had an issue with the keypad entry, which we emailed them about twice and called and left a voicemail with no response during our stay. This was disappointing and overshadowed our experience. Also, at no point were we provided internet wifi password which when travelling with teens was disappointing, even though it is stated on the advertisement. The home is lovated behind a smoke house that operates Fri-Sat nights and you get smoked out (including any washing!) The house is fine but due to these experiences I would not stay here again.
