This was 1 of 2 houses we stayed with this this host and they were phenomenal. Hot tub worked (most important for our football tournament), house was clean and they responded to anything immediately. Will stay with them again next year

It was big enough for me and my family however a lot of stuff was broken or didn’t work ! Wasn’t an option or wasn’t advise we had to pay for heating for the hot tub so it wasn’t hot ! Parking is bad only room for two cars at maximum!

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear the home was spacious enough for you and your family. We're sorry to hear that some items did not meet your expectations. Had these issues been reported during your stay, we would have been happy to coordinate repairs as quickly as possible. Regarding the hot tub, pool and spa heating is an optional add-on service with an additional fee which we disclosed in the description, and it is activated upon request. Since heating was not requested before arrival, it was not turned on. As for parking, the property accommodates up to five vehicles in accordance with the community's parking guidelines. We strive to clearly communicate these details before check-in so our guests know what to expect. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the guest experience.

Overall, it was a nice place to stay, with a few minor setbacks.

We had a pleasant stay at this property. The place was exactly as listed, with spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and plenty of TVs, providing ample space for everyone. The theme rooms were a hit with both kids and adults, adding a fun touch to our stay. However, some of the games and activities in the house were heavily used and mostly broken, which was a bit disappointing. On a brighter note, the main clubhouse was fantastic, offering a water park, mini golf, game room, and a convenient store.Check-in was a breeze. Unfortunately, the pool heater wasn't great—we paid extra for it, but the water remained cold until three days after check-in despite following up with the property manager, who couldn't do much to help. very close to neighbors without much in between.
