Across the Ocean-side Villa is the Garden-side Villa, a secluded sanctuary surrounded by lush tropical landscapes, offering four luxurious suites. Heated Pool: Pool always heated (year round)

POOL TEMPERATURE

Heated pools are designed to provide a comfortable swimming temperature.

As the pools are outdoors, the actual water temperature may vary depending on environmental conditions such as wind, rainfall, and outdoor temperature,

which can affect how warm the pool feels and the temperature it is able to maintain.

Please note that heated swimming pools are intended to enhance comfort and are not comparable to hot tubs or spa pools.

If guests have a specific temperature they would like the pool set to, please inform

our concierge team prior to arrival, as the pool temperature must be adjusted by our

maintenance team.

Guests are not permitted to change the pool temperature themselves.

Departure Transfer (One Vehicle): Villa directly to the airport (up to 10 guests).

Each vehicle can accommodate: 10 guests + 1 cabin luggage per person + 1 carry-on per person

* For larger groups (over 10 guests), flexibility is key!

The Guests can use their complimentary departure transfer as an additional arrival transfer.

* No departure transfer will be offered under this rule.

Interaction with Guests:

*All rates are quoted in US$ and are subject to a 10% Government Tax & Service. They include the private use of the villa as described in the

‘Conditions’ and include all utilities (electricity, water, gas).



All Events must be under the supervision of an event planner including, installation of the decor, catering, and cleaning of the villa’s grounds af-

ter the Event. The Event planner must be able to provide the company proof of registration on the French Side and proof of insurance or autho-

rization to operate on the French side if the company is registered on the Dutch side of the island or abroad.

Overnight Event Option

If the villa is booked for accommodations, the event venue fee is reduced to 50% Minimum 4 night stay, at 10 bedroom option, required.

Guest Capacity

- Seated: 100 → 60 guests under covered area

For more than 60 seated guests, tenting is required (arranged by wedding planner at additional cost)

- Cocktail: 200 → 150 guests
