Cheeseburger festival

Great spot for the cheeseburger festival. Check in was quick with a universal code as my phone number did not work. The place has everything you need inside and was clean. The parking was not the greatest in the evening as there is no assigned parking but this was expected with the festival going on. All in all a great place to stay for the festival and only a little way out of town! There is a gas station and atm next door which was convenient. We did not have a chance to use the pool or hot tub but it looked nice.

I came up on a business/ family trip and everything was excellent except we had a toddler running above us all day and night. The child started running around at 6:30am on the dot each morning and we didnt get any sleep for the event i was hosting. Everyone was so tired that we couldn't even focus for work. The owner tried to contact the people above us but i guess they didnt got through because the running never stopped and the floors and walls are so thin. I would love to stay again but im scared to be kept awake the whole time. I lost alot of sleep and money staying here

Unfortunately this rental is not worth the price. Despite being dirty upon arrival, we tried to stick it out. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center across the parking lot is a community building and was a nice asset!BUT when my husband got up in the morning, he found cockroaches on the kitchen counter. We left immediately. The host was good about returning our money so I did appreciate that but I cannot recommend this place until major changes are made to update and maintain the space.

Neat and clean. Bed comfortable. Entire unit smelled great. Enjoyed the pool. In a great location to. No complaints at all. Will stay again.

Great property! Only problem was with our check-in. Some sort of issue with the door code. In the end, it wasn’t a big deal and we would stay there again.

Pigeon resort

Large place.. bed so firm hurt our bones.. but then we are old.. heater ran almost constantly even though turned down to 65.. very poor sound proofing.. heard everything from other condos.. great shower.. dryer for clothes did not work so had wet clothes hanging from all doors.. notified manager next day.. by phone and email.. got back to us 2 days later.. must say lovely to arrive and whole pound can of decaf coffee available for use, plenty of toilet paper and other routine supplies for the entire stay.. first bowl I used was sticky and I had to wash.. it was an ok place and served our immediate needs other than dryer not working!!
