This home has been beautifully renovated and boasts fully ducted air conditioning throughout. You can easily spill from the modern kitchen into the tastefully furnished open plan living/dining area, or step out the back door to the covered entertainment area, which overlooks bushland and is perfect for a family BBQ. Fantastic parking for all types of trailer boats and outdoor shower.

The bedrooms are split over two levels, with one queen bedroom located downstairs and the other two bedrooms upstairs - one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed. There's even an outdoor shower off the garage, perfect for washing away sand from your trip to the nearby beach.

Located right next to the bike and walking track, this home is perfect for an afternoon stroll with the children on their pushbikes. The laundry is complete with a washing machine, dryer plus second toilet. Laundry is located at the back of the garage, and easy access for boat parking.

Adalene offers a pet-friendly environment and is completely enclosed, ensuring a worry-free stay for those who are traveling with their four-legged companions. Moreover, it's conveniently located just 300 meters away from a dog-friendly beach.

At Adalene, all linen is included, so you can forget about that concern and relax.

Here are some of the issues with the property. Generally it was just gross and filthy. - BBQ- absolutely filthy, only 1/2 of gas burner works.- Upstairs bedroom fan screeches constantly.- Aircon leaked on furniture and main bed. We used the dry setting but had the same result. We had to use the fan, and the kids had to share a single room (we paid for a 3 bedroom place but couldn't use.- Multiple light bulbs missing or broken.- Carpet at the staircase stinks and is so gross.- Front security screen doesn't lock. - Door and window trims are full of mold and dirt.- Glass windows and insect screening were dusty, stained, as their blinds. - A ridiculous amount of dust everywhere (under tables, beds, kitchen area and table tops in the bedrooms).- The leather sofas (leather) were mouldy inbetween folds.- All ceiling fans have so much dust built up on them.The mice / rats in the walls were such a nice touch to wake you up in the early AM.- Spider webs everywhere inside.- The aluminum floor trim between the bathroom and hall sticks up about 25mm. So your feet get cut up for the first few days.- HDMI cable to TV is broken.Contact with agent was initially good and attentive but once they gave feedback to Stayz and us, it was full of mistruths and deceptive language. We have all the images to back up these statements.Please avoid this property.

Location is great but some things aren’t

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean on the surface but the drawers in the kitchen were not. There were cutleries and some pots and pans that were not clean, and while there is a full kitchen there werent enough necessary pots/pans/trays to cook. For example we have to use two small pots to boil pasta. And the gas stove does not have equal heat. They did not provide a new sponge and they only provided one toilet roll for 4 people staying for 2 nights. Internet was not working as well. The fridge was wiped not clean. We love this house, the location, the backyard but makes us rethink if we want to stay again or recommend. A nice refresh of the contents in the kitchen might be good.

Feel the property is best suited to one family(we were 2 couples) as the upstairs is not quite as nice as downstairs. Stairs are very narrow and steep and the only bathroom is downstairs. However the house was well appointed and very clean and well stocked.

Beautiful bush setting…

The bush setting out the back was stunning. But the property needs a deep clean to clear the musty smells. Another issue was the population of mosquitoes and midges. We had to buy insect repellent, as well as spray for my legs. I was severely bitten. The washing machine rubber seals were also full of mould, as were all of the outdoor cushions, which need replacing. All in all the property is very tired.

Clean, with lovely touches

The property was clean and nicely decorated. It’s a perfect place to have a dog- we could sit on the back deck and watch her, knowing the yard was fully fenced & safe. The beds were very comfortable. Although it looks like a quiet street on the map, there was a lot of road noise. The third ‘bedroom’ isn’t private: you need to go through it to get to the main bedroom and the bathroom. The two upstairs rooms are not advised for anyone with mobility issues- very steep, narrow stairs. There was a mix up with the information about what amenities are on the property and where to get the keys, so I suggest double-checking before arriving. Anna from Elders was incredibly helpful & polite.

A lovely little house with all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. Fully ducted AC, huge fridge, bbq, fully fenced back yard. A frame house so steep steps up to attic room but perfect hide away for older kids with a tv upstairs . Full laundry with second toilet , out door but enclosed shower with great hot water.
