Excellent location, roomy, aircon worked well to cool the whole place off with bathroom door closed and help of fans directing air into small bedrooms. Clean kitchen and bathroom tho the chip in the bathroom sink was off-putting. Place is a bit tired, with curtains sagging off hooks - we fixed some ourselves - broken standard lamp in bedroom , sagging couch and lifting flooring onto dining area - trip hazard. Could do with more desert spoons. BBQ not clean so we didn't use it. Disappointed that the vacuum had not been emptied - we emptied it and washed out the canister. No lid on kitchen bin meant emptying and replacing a bin bag at least twice a day to avoid any smells developing in the hot weather. The aerial cable to the TV was loose so no-free-to-air tv. We noticed there is an awning on the living room window but didnt locate the winder handle until the end of our stay when we were looking for a lost item and found the handle under the bed in the 2nd bedroom. We had expected a higher level of maintenance considering the property description made out that dogs should not be inside in case of extra cleaning requirements or damage done. It was quite dusty under the beds and couches. This was the first time we have stayed in dog friendly accommodation. Our immediate reaction upon entering the property was one of disappointment because it looked so inviting on the website.
